THANK YOU for making these! They are replacing my current set of tips (Cherry Vape pawn style), and yours are definitely much nicer.
I just found out that the o-ring groove on some of the tips in this last batch are not deep enough. This will cause the o-ring to bind up when you try to install it. Unfortunately half of the tips were sold before this problem was caught. If you purchased one of these tips and it does not fit properly please contact me so I can enlarge the o-ring groove. Shipping will be covered both ways.

I just wanted to report that I received my 1" comfort tips today, and they seem fine. I installed the smaller o-rings that came with them (like I did with the previous tips I got), and they fit just a tad bit tighter than the ones I already had, which works fine for me. By the way, what is the size of the smaller o-ring (just in case I need to replace them at some point)?
And yes, these tips are absolutely stunning! Each one has a unique pattern in the material, and all the colors are very sharp. Awesome as always, Lewis!

It is good to hear that some of them fit. I am guessing the tool that makes the groove slipped at some point during production. The groove is supposed to be .230" and now it is making them .245". It is embarrassing they made it past inspection, I guess it is part of learning.
The larger o-ring is 7/32" ID, 11/32" OD, 1/16" Width. The smaller o-ring is 3/16" ID, 5/16" OD, 1/16" Width. I would be happy to mail you more o-rings.
