plastic bolt help!!!

ok i got this thing and absolutly love it but after a week of use the 510 connection is loose and try's to pop out is it safe to use super glue ti stop this i really like this thing but at $20 that is half of my monthly budget so any help will be apprecated...

can you just exchange it , even if its 20.00 they must have some sort of warranty? Have you contacted them?
