Hello everyone, I'm Southernman from KY. 44yo carpenter, smoked for 20+ years, quit about a month ago and I've got to say I feel GREAT! I really feel about 10 years younger. I can work like i could back then. I suppose that you don't notice the gradual decline in health that the cigs cause.

I'd like to say thanks to all the good people here for the information and advice that I have garnered over the past month. Without this forum, and its members, I might not have tried this grand experiment.

I even got my 75yo mother to quit as well, instead of taking her a carton of smokes weekly, I now deliver her juice and cartos, lol. I'm really proud of her as she smoked for 50+ years and has copd and other respiratory problems.

Anyway, big thanks to you all and keep doing what you're doing, you're all awesome!

Thanks everyone for the warm reception. This truly has been a life changing experience and I just wanted to share my story and give thanks. I will certainly try to attend the meet, I live in Versailles, (pronounced Ver-sales) lol. But I get to Louisville frequently.

Come on by...lots of talking and vaping and different juices to try or trade. Our meeting last month was at Buffalo Trace in Frankfort. :)
