Came in the post this morning with my sigelei 100w.

I can't for life of me coil this sucker!
27/28/30 awg and my ohms are sky high! Sometimes 8+

I follow the videos I have seen and after slipping the wires through the ceramic cup, i tighten the screws. The coil doesn't move but it's like 6.6ohms!
What am I doing wrong here?

Using coil toy, in aiming for around 1ohm so it's between 6-10 wraps depending on the gauge of wire im using.

Can anybody help because I'm going out or my mind :(

I can't tell much from your photos but I would try less wraps. Try a seven wra bur before you install it compress the coil and torch it while it's compressed, let it cool then try and place the coil into the cup. I have a kaiser as well and I'm wondering, do you think it's possible that when you were screwing down your lead it cut some of the lead and left it in the screw housing? Not positive but I would think that would interfere with your ohm reading. Sometimes if your not careful you can clip the wires off with screws like the kaiser has. It's just a thought? If that's not it try torching the coil and see if that helps

After finally figuring out the juice control I'm getting a awesome vape! Before I was getting dry hits like crazy! Now that I found out to twist the juice control by removing the drip tip and top cover and screw the metal to the left to open the juice flow or to the right to close it, no more dry hits and soo flavorful ! I'm finally really enjoying this rba.
