Steve, there's no filler in your carto? Does the box say "RoyalSmokers"? After the tip and the second silicone piece come out, what do you see? Is it a little white cup with the atty in it? I'm thinking you have a kind I've never dealt with. I've only used the kind with filler in it. Let me see if I can find a video that will show how to fill the kind you have. Help me.....explain what you see down in there after you've removed those two pieces.

Did your cartos come with a little syringe tip with them?

BTW, send you a PM today.

If you do have the Ce2 ceramic cartos you will need a syringe with the flexible needle that came with the cartos. Depending on which you have it should fill with 1ml or 1.6ml. If you take out the 2 barriers you should see 2 small holes on the sides you would stick the needle that they provided with the cartos in the holes and fill. Some say fill half the juice in one hole and the other half in the other. BUT you can just fill it all in one because the other one is just a vent. It only has 1 bug chamber , if you do not have the flex needle they are suppose to provide then I think you can use an 18 or 19 gauge needle.

I watched the video and also looked up a few more. I did learn alot about filling these babys. Some of the atomizors have a rubber piece inside, but mine is plastic. They also say you don't really need to put that piece back in, which is good because it's a pain in the ..... lol.
I'm still learning so much about all this. I feel kinda stupid sometimes.

LOL. That's the name of this game! Period. We all feel kinda stupid sometimes. This is a brand new thing...we're all just muddling through. That's why a forum like this is invaluable. It's not a matter of smart/stupid....it's directly related to how long you've had to absorb all the information you're bombarded with. It would be really handy if these came with an owner's manual like a new car....but this forum is the owner's manual. It's just about how fast you can learn. And...you will amaze yourself with how much you're learning. Look at where you are now and think back to the first day you got your TRIO....or even just look back to your first post here....you have come a long way in just the two weeks you've been coming here. It's like trying to get an advanced engineering degree in a 6-week correspondence course. LOL

Because you get an instant answer from a handful of people on this forum, you get to thinking everybody know everything and you know nothing. But there are 45,000 members here.....it makes sense that a handful would know the answer to any question you ask. But we all have our areas of "expertise" based on our own experiences. Nobody knows it all. Have you read the library threads yet? There's a gold mine for sure. I've been reading these forums for 6 months and I haven't even made a dent!

TRUTH!! I haven't made a dent either. :)

Steve, we are all on a learning curve. This is pretty new technology. I was having a discussion with someone on ecf and we decided that the eGo is the equivalent of the Apple IIe. Remember when you had to actually learn some programming language to use a computer?

My mother "being a teacher" had an Apple II when I was younger. Now I look back and think "what a pain that was".... I guess you're right Jan. I'm only a little stupid and getting less stupid each day. This forum and YOU have made this a wee bit easier for me. There are a small handfull of members that have really helpped me out in my switch from smoking to vaping. If I would, I would have them all over for a cookout. I a kick ... GRILL-MASTER....LOL

Mlinky, that's a great analogy. That's so right...Apple IIe. LOL. Actually, I totally remember having to learn a programming language to use a computer! Remember having to set up a macro to get your computer to perform? Amazing......I had forgotten those old days....

LOL, the analogy doesn't work too well with the young 'uns. Oh yeah, I was the macro queen...thought I was all that. :)

;) And see there, I don't know a THING about grilling! Point made. I was thinking, too.....cameras. I have a really nice Sony camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and 12X zoom....and I leave it on "auto" ALL the time because I don't have a CLUE how to use it...and I've had it for two years! And you're a professional photographer. If I were trying to talk cameras on a photographers forum, I'd feel REALLY stupid. (In fact, I do just admitting that I don't move it off "auto"! LOL)

Oh HELL YEAH. I just cooked up some Porterhouse the other day. It was freakin cold and snowy out but you can't do those in the oven, it's just not right....lol
Hey, Kentucky and Oklahoma aren't all that far from New York. LOL, so come on over

Man, you're KILLING me. I am such a red meat lover. :) Too cold for me in Kentucky, though...I really can't imagine Rochester right now.

Oklahoma is too cold, too.....I'm home today because we're having a "snow day" and I didn't have to go to school (work.) It would take a pretty big hunger for me to get out in this and fire up the Hibachi! LOL. I think people who live in really cold places (New York, New York, New York) must just have to get used to it and carry on with "normal" life anyway. If you had to wait for ideal weather to do something....you wouldn't do much of anything. Ha.
