....and part snowman if you get out in that for a Porterhouse. LOL I grew up here in Oklahoma, but I moved to Houston, TX for about 15 years, then moved back. Anyway, in Houston I got REALLY used to the warm (read HOT) weather. It was hard to get used to this Okla. weather when I came back here. I don't like cold weather....or hot weather. I like spring and fall.......

Yeah, I don't like really cold or really hot. The good part about where I live is I will never be crushed by twisters, hurricans or earthquakes. Snow goes away and I normaly don't have to re-build my house after it snows....lol. I have never been to Oklahoma but I have been to San Antonio once. That was really cool. RIVER STREET was just awesome

Yes...San Antonio is an awesome town....the River area is so romantic and quaint and cool. Oklahoma is in the center of "Tornado Alley" and yes, it's pretty lousy all spring and summer (tornado season.) I think every place has it's potential natural disaster to deal with....hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc. When my daughter got married about four years ago, we all went to Oahu, Hawaii. It's 87 degrees there pretty much year 'round. I could live there... But then again, I couldn't AFFORD to live there....LOL. And, the locals have their complaints, too. Several people indicated to us that living on an island has it's downside....claustrophobia, for one. And it did rain (sprinkle) a little every single day.... I could put up with a lot in Hawaii....just saying. :)

OOOhhh...pretty. She looks cold! If it were zoomed more, I'll bet I'd be able to see goosebumps on her legs! Ha. Pretty girl, pretty coat, pretty picture. So you guys have snow for weeks at a time? When you first got on here a couple of weeks ago you said that you guys had about 8 inches of snow at that time. Is this the same snow? Surely not..... At least we melt between messes....

I lived in Colorado for a couple of years, and those people (and I assume you people, too) know how to deal with snow. They cleared the roads immediately, the people all have snow tires, the people all KNEW how to drive in it, etc. Here, two inches of snow (like we got last night, in fact) shuts the place down. All the schools were closed today over two inches of snow with a little ice under it (it rained before it snowed) because our sand trucks can't handle the roads.

we don't close the schools until you can't see your hand in front of your face from the snow blowing around. Sometimes we get like 6" per hour and that can shut us down as well. We got a foot of snow over nite a week ago and never scipped a beat. My wife drives school bus and was hoping for a snow day but no such luck. haha

Well...snow storm over. Went back to work today. Now everything is just dirty! My car has a film of dirt/salt/grunge on it...and I can barely see out of my windshield. Ha.

I got some 2.0 ohm cartomizers today from Vapor Kings and they are AWESOME! Soooo much vapor you wouldn't believe! I may never use anything else ever again! I love it when I discover something that really, really works. Wondering if you got your cartos filled and working.....did the condom method (yes, that's what they call it...) work to fill them? I've never tried the kind you have so I'm curious if they're good.

OH, can I use the 2.0 ohm cartos on my Riva?

Yes you can. If you are itching to spend a little more money, go for it. I got them at Joye eGo | Joye 510 | Electronic Cigarette supplies | Batteries, atomizers, cartomizers, e-Liquid and more!. Make sure they're the 2.0 ohm ones. Actually, that's where I always get my BOGE cartos and I thought THEY were great, but these are another notch up. I'm really, really liking them.

Thanks Airbrusher,
I'm just trying to soak up all the info I can so I can do this right. Thank you for your knowledge. So your line of work is air brushing?

Sorry for not answering sooner... happens when you find those 1000+ post threads on ECF ;).

Yes I airbrush. I work in many mediums but many people don't know what encaustic is LOL. I mostly airbrush. I spray on anything really.

YouTube - Vapor Kings Cartomizer Review check this out.

LOVE those cartos. 2.0 seems to be perfect for Ego/Riva.

I agree! The 2.0's are the best I've tried and I've pretty much tried everything out there except the Tank. I just got my REO in this week so I won't have to deal with cartos on a regular basis any more, but I'll always keep a few 2.0's around for when I want to use my eGo.

JC, did you hear that Vapor Kings opened their storefront in SS this week? I'm anxious to check it out. It will be nice not having to worry about stockpiling supplies any more. We can just place an order online, then go pick it up the same day. :)
