VAMO = best value by a long, long shot. Find another mod that offers all the features a VAMO has at cheaper price. Yeah, i didnt think so.

So we placed an order for a Provari mini 2.5 and a Vamo VV/VW2 stainless steel. The Vamo is for me mainly, but but I'll be able to compare from first hand both devices. We got the AW batteries and finally found the Nitecore charger, under the Sysmax brand(yellow sticker). I also got a couple of the Efest batteries just to try if they are worse or better than the AW, because they are less than half price. And then I may hunt down the Panasonic ones!!
I can't wait....!!!!
As for the automizer, I'll browse around and watch some videos to see what will suit my lazy habits best
I may just start trying the brands of the rebuildables recommended here one by one and see where I stop. The Innokin iClear30 works fine for now, no gurgling, no leaking, easy to fill and it has way stronger throat hit, so it will do for now until I make up my mind.

I love my provari as well but some act like its the end all be all of PVs the vamo for its price range is awesome you wont regret it.

Check out Janty's new Modular Intelligent Design by far the most advanced PV I've seen on the market its VV/VW you can change the color of the led on the front it has a joystick allowing you to pick from 4 different vaping profiles and thats just the tip of the iceberg Definitely look at the site there are far too many features to list here.
your welcome one of my buddies is waiting for one currently, I think they are still finalizing them or trying to keep up with demand but I cannot wait for him to get and see what all it does, I think the coolest feature is being able to control how much heat is applied for how long (totally programmable pulse options) and it is all done through one button push once loaded into the device.
Only bad thing I heard about the janty. The software is a nightmare and has a huge learning curve.

The thing you'll probably dislike about the ProVari after using the Vamo is having to cycle through menus with the single fire button. After using a 3 button Vamo I'll never use any other design.
Just to let you know that I received my Vamo today and I love it!!!! It's so eeeasyyyyy to use and performs great It's massive with the 18650 battery but it's very presentable in 18350 mode. It has the new gold plated spring at the bottom but it does have the CE(china export fake sign on it
) I loved trying out the voltage/wattage options. With the innoking iClear 30 it seems you can go all the way up without shorting it out but I prefer it lower than that and there's tons of vapour and plenty of throat hit....
Today I managed to convince a friend to switch to e-cigs after trying out my stuff and I am now giving away one of my old batteries/automizers and some juice!!! A possible new convert I'll even point out this forum which has been so great to me

Ok, so it seems I am not so lucky with my Vamo. Last night I got a "02" error. It flashed and shut down. I turned it on again via the 5 clicks. It turned on, I checked the battery voltage, it said 3.9V. I tried to fire it again via the power button to draw, then it flashed with the same 02 error and shut down again. I was using it in 18350 mode, not at all pushing at 6W on my innokin Iclear 30 which is supposed to be 2ohms but on the vamo at different times it read anything between 2.1 to 2.3(not sure why it changes all the time)
I also noticed it gets warm on top of the battery and also has miss and hit draws.
I contacted the shop where I ordered it and they gave me this link:

I opted for the ProVari in black with a blue LED. I couldn't be happier. I originally bought a Chinese knock-off Sigelei and wasn't happy with it at all. Granted, there is a huge price difference but being and electrical engineer, you get what you pay for. I opted to go for the top (or close to it on my second mod, instead of fiddling with 60.00-80.00 knock-offs). As for the vaporizer, I pre-ordered the GG Ithaka. (Again, go for the top instead of spending the same amount or more in the long run trial and error).
Now my wife and I are trying out juices. Provape peppermint pattie is great. The rest were kind of meh. I tried them in both cartomizers and clearomizers. We just placed an order for some juices from Highbrow, we will see how that goes.
Btw, the ProVari is rock solid. Immaculate attention to detail. You get a consistent vape from the first pull on a fully charged battery until you get the quick flashing light. Being a firearms enthusiast, I recognize the coating on the ProVari, it's a ceramic coating, not paint. I hope everyone is satisfied with all their decisions and they serve their needs, I just wanted to share my observations on the products I have tried so far.

I would add after the thread starter has owned and used a Vamo and tried carto tanks, AGA T2's, Kanger Pro Tanks on it he will know exactly what he likes to use best. After he figures out his favorite juice delivery system + vape THEN SPRING for a high priced mod. There's a better chance he will appreciate it.
A Provari, Reo Grand or a Mech Mod might be what he ends up with down the road.
As long as you're fully enjoying ur daily vapes its all good.....
Just to update guys. The Vamo worked perfectly until the final time I dropped it on the tile in the bathroom, yey, I know...
One of the buttons got stuck and would constantly dial the wattage settings so I couldn't use it. I decided I'll take it apart following a video available around here and while doing so,k I broke one of the connections after trying to assemble it back. It can be fixed if I had a soldering iron I guess...
But I bought a Provari mini instead. I found performance wise both are similar, I guess I just had spare cash and couldn't resist. I just hope it withstands my constant habit of dropping them.
The only thing is that I ordered a Provari with green LED and I kind of prefer the blue or the red one my partner has but that's a detail

the silver bullet is awesome as in the provari. You can also buy an insert for the silver bullet - that makes it a variable voltage.
Provaries are indeed very good devices. I only hate the fanboys. If you drop your devices constantly, Provari is a wise choice.
