I've never heard of Acerig, but it definitely looks like decent quality at least. A wood box, packaging, and the atty itself for only $21? Cloning companies are getting really good at this now lol. I'll probably put an order in for one once I get my paycheck this week lol. Thanks for sharing!

VapingWithTwisted420 has a review up on this clone for those interested btw!

Just purchased it. I'll be sure to do a review.

Edit:

All the hype with the Plume Veil had me just throwing this thing on my credit card lol. I didn't see that the site you linked was just preorder so booo me for not being able to read. Guess I gotta wait around 3 weeks for being impatient.

Did that other deal you found have these in stock?

Fack!!!! Me too. :( At least it's supposed to be in on my birthday.

Does gold plated deck really matter when your coil is far away from it as long as you arnt chain vaping and heating it up?

I haven't yet seen a Chinese atty with plated parts that didn't corrode and turn my juice a lovely rust colour within a month or two.

I'll probably be all over a non plated version though.

I wonder if you could somehow melt the gold plating off or chip it up

Soak in muratic acid, same way you would get gold off of computer parts. Wouldn't be difficult at all. Muratic acid is sold as a driveway/pavement cleaner, I believe you could go grab some from home depot.

edit: This guy explains it in detail:
