No, letting your juices sit for two weeks before you can try them

Apparently they have to mellow or something
I've found that it depends on the juice. I see that VG needs to sit for awhile, while PG only takes a couple hours. I've never been able to let anything sit there for two weeks.

eliquid that is recently made needs to steep so that the flavors can mix well with the PG/VG.

Yep. The best analogy I've seen is to soups and stews, which as we all know always taste better the day after they're made.

The amount of time that a juice needs to steep depends on various factors, the first of which is the individual vaper (some of us simply require more time than others for our taste buds to be happy); the PG/VG ratio (higher VG content=longer steep time); the type of flavor (tobaccos and bakery-types usually take longer to perfect); and whether the flavors are naturally extracted or synthetic (natural=longer steep).

(Sorry for all the OT!)

Hi everyone! I guess I will share my story as well.. I think my story with smoking is most stupid..of course it might go without saying..it is smoking

Anyway... I wasn't going to smoke. I was into sports and such, and smoking and sports don't mix. Then I started hanging out with people who smoked, and decided what the heck. I got a head rush, which I liked, and only smoked off and on for a while. Then I bought my first pack and started smoking all the time. I was 16. I used lunch money my mom gave me. (Back then a pack was only 1.25.) I smoked a pack a day pretty quickly. And smoked for 10 years. Then in 99 I managed to put 18months together. But the stress of, sorry for sad news, my brothers death in 2000, caused me to pick up again. I smoked for another 4 years. I quit again in 2004, and didn't smoke for 7 years. I was sure I had it licked. And then another death of someone extremely close to me, caused me to pick up again in 2010. I have been smoking a pack a day now since.

I think for me, I am going to have to come up with a better coping skill. Loss is a part of life. I think maybe vaping will be good for me. Especially because you can eventually vap with no nicotine. But who knows..the jury is still out. I do like it though, which is a win. And with new found friends...I have some hope.

Merry March Christmas....hope I feel the same way today. Haven't checked the mailbox yet as I'm letting the suspense build. Hoping my DIY stuff is here so I can immediately attempt to improve upon perfection.
