Poll: Which Dremel? 400XPR or 4000, and why?

I picked up the 400XPR at Depot tonight. The specs seemed the same and I couldn't tell which was the "New and Improved" model. I really couldn't tell the difference and of course no one works there anynore. Anyway it appears that the 4000 is the newer model and I am interested in the thought of anyone who has either, before i open the box. The price difference is only about $20.
