poly-fil nu foam for carts

I found a great product by poly-fil at walmart. Nu foam 100% compressed polyester. looks like a seat cushion. Cuts well and forms to cart perfectly.Looks like a giant fluval filter for 7 bucks. Also in the arts and crafts section is a 14 section small case for beads called craftmates, sort all of your carts and stuff for 3 bucks.

I contacted Fairfield to see if they use any chemicals in thier poly products for flame resistance, here is thier reply...............Hello,

Polyester by its very nature is flame ......ant. We do not treat it with any chemicals to make it flame resistant. Thank you for your inquiry.

does it work? how many drops will it hold? does the filter give up all its juice and go dry or stay moist?

Its really just a sub for the standard cart filler but it does hold the juice better and you can take a paper clip and poke a hole in the center so the juice makes its way to the bottom easier.

I've been using Web Vent Filters for months. They're thin sheets of ploy-fil very similar to the kind used in making real carts. They're only a few millimeters thick, so a double layer works perfectly for creating new carts or mods.

In fact I just changed them out in my air registers--yes, you can use them for the purpose they were designed for, too--and the trimming alone should last me years! I only use a tiny piece since I'm using a variation of the ADM mod.

If you want to check them out they keep them where the air filters are. A pack of a dozen will set you back about $2.50. I already had them in the house and I was looking for an alternative to blue foam. Nothing works like poly-fil.

I bought this exact same thing a week ago. Got home and saw fire resistent. I was a little bummed.

Read your post and tried it..YES! I have tried all fill mods and like the polyfill best.
Now, I have a hugh supply of it. I will never reuse cart filling again. LOL Least not planning on it.

I opened the package and it is JUST like cart fills that I have received. Many drain too fast- this stuff works great for me. Thanks Again!

I must admit I've grown tired of the occasional leaks from the blue foam and really like the vaping I've gotten from my prefilled carts that came with my kits. The blue foam mod is functionaly decent though and I've got enough on hand to last me .....forever.

I will pick some of this up from wall fart tomorrow!

If you have a 5 volt device try using the nu-foam with a 510 atty and a 901 cart, I have been getting awesome results with the Xhaler and blueberry crumble from nhaler. The flavor is intense!

Have you noticed replacing the fill....and not refilling has it draining every drop?
I use to reuse the fill, not anymore.

Even topping off seems to degrade the wicking properties of all fills (exceptions- the one's without fill).

As with any polfil ,you need to replace frequently, I replace every day. The first fill lasts a while, I made up a 510 cart of french vanilla coffee {nhaler} on a regular battery on Christmas morning and drove from kissimmee to w palm {2 hours} before it died out. Then on the way home I topped it off with 7 drops and it only lasted 1/4 of the way. Now I just prepare my carts in advance and fill em when ready. I also still use the blue foam slug for thick juices. here is what is working for me so far..........

XHALER.................................................901 cart with nu-foam

3.7 BATTERY WITH REG OR THIN JUICE.......510 cart with nu-foam

3.7 BATTERY WITH THICK JUICE................510 cart with bluefoam slug
