these mods are nice but they are to big. I dont want to be pulled over by a cop because he thinks im smoking a bowl. Call me parinoid but thats how I feel. I need sleek and slim. use AAA 3.6v. protected battery. Kind of like the GG slim but jeesh the guy wants 140 pounds for it ($228.44USD). Anyway Steve you can do it. I like to have something that is sweet looking and can easily hide.

When I mention to police officers I know about some forum members worried about being pulled over for using a Prodigy type PV, they all laugh and state that any police that would do that must be in an area where there is virtually no crime and they have nothing better to do than harrass people. I keep thinking if that was a big issue we would have heard numerous stories about it by now.

to be honest the one thing that worries me about vaping and police ..is more of the liquid being confused for some type of narcotic ..
I use the lil bottles from j/c when i go out and most of the stickers have long since worn out. The lil brown bottle looks kinda suspicous if i didnt know what was in it... they might not believe me it was nicotine juice and conviscate it and perhaps me too.
p.s. i hate being conviscated :p

Yep, that's exactly where I live. Local paper is 4 pages long and any crimes, the perpetrators are on the front page with exactly who they are, exactly what they did and when they will be convicted. No suspects/allegedly/expected trial date. 8-o

Down the rabbit hole..
Yes guys ... A smaller version is in the works ... Likely won't be released for atleast a month or two. We're in the midst of playing with different configurations :)
Yay!! A bigger one (V1) for home--and a smaller one for on the go!! This is getting better and better Steve!!

I think it's safe to assume that the smaller one would only use one cr123 battery... so you're back at 3.7v. You're sacrificing power and capacity for size.

It will put it back in the realm of the Screwdriver... which isn't a bad thing... it's just not what people have come to expect from the Prodigy.

[edit] Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking away from the idea of a smaller unit. It will have it's place... but people shouldn't expect the same performance as the v1 in a smaller unit with today's battery options.

I thought he is going to use a new battery for the smaller one. Guess I misunderstood the post that said he was looking for a reliable USA battery supplier for the smaller one--not the first time if I got it wrong, lol!

Close Walrus ... But no cigar. We won't be making any 3.7v units ... All will be in the 4.5 - 5.3v realm ... We do have a Prodigy Reputation to keep ya know ;)

I dont know of any AAA battery that can produce that much voltage. AA batteries might but the width of the mod will be at 18mm. What ever you do keep the battery life around 3-4 hours if possible. 3.7-4.5v on a 510 atomizer will give an extreme amount of vapor even on a 3 sec puff. I've been watching a lot of videos for these different mods and the 3.7v rang shows great performance. 6 volts is an extreme amount of vapor and acording to the New Zeland study on eliquids, the chemicals that are in cigarettes arn't produced in these liquids because the temps dont reach the right temp that makes them. To much power produces a lot more heat which could creat some of the lethal chemicals that are in cigarettes. Please becareful to how much power you put into these ecigs and check temp range as well. Just looking out for you guys.
