I guess I should go look out the window.

Don't think I'll go outside though because I'm headed back to bed---got a case of infected gums and the pain killers have kicked in.

Enjoy the show!!!

Consider me your recycling center for njoy Pro, Smoking Everywhere Gold, Cloud 9, Smoke 51 Trio, and DSE103 useless batteries.
Other hardware if it’s still usable.
Those I loan out to/give to thank you.

I am a GUY from L.A. not girl. lol
Insomnia is one of the reasons they make seroquell. I haven't had insomnia since I started taking it. If you really have a chronic problem, you should seek medical attention. There are meds out there for it. Seroquell is usually recomended for severe anxiety(which I also have), but is also applicable to insomnia. And, most people w/ insomnia usually have severe anxiety also.

Insomnia is a side effect of the meds i'm on and I just don't like the idea of taking ANOTHER pill to make the other pill better (on pristiq- increases serotonin level which doesn't allow for much sleep apparently)

I am with you there, I would much rather use an "Herbal" remedy, but in my situation I just can't do that (even though it is legal in CA). "It" works best for me, and can replace 80% of the meds I'm taking. I just can't do it at present. But seroquel, even at very low dose helps alot.

I was taking ambien for a while but just felt groggy all the time!! I have been known to go 72+ hours without sleep at all... Its REALLY not good for the brain!! But I also don't like taking 80 million (ok a slight exaggeration LOL) pills to make me feel normal. Head injury 17 years ago and I'm not normal YET?? What the heck, I wish sometimes that it would all just GO away LOL

Ambien is nasty stuff. Seroquell is nothing like that. Ambien has NASTY side effects like sleep walking and even SLEEP DRIVING with amnesia after wards. I don't blame you for not wanting to try something after that. I know a guy who when ever he took ambien ended up waking up with a half eaten sandwich on his chest and having no recolection of making it. lol Not trying to be your pusherman, just saying there are alternatives to not getting enough sleep.

Unfortunately, lack of sleep is really the least of my problems. AND it has actually greatly diminished since starting to vape instead of smoke (theory: something to do with the lack of MAOIs... MAOIs+SSNRI=NOT GOOD.) My psychologist and neurologist are working on getting me diagnosed with Adult ADD or bipolar... which could mean a change in medication hopefully not an addition.
I never had a problem with the sleep driving THANK GOODNESS or walking...tho my hubby did say talking was a problem... we probably had a great nonsensical conversation several times that neither of us remember as he sleep talks too LOL I just never could wake up after taking it. It's hard to go through a day half asleep especially when you're fostering a 3 yr old LOL (raising a 15 yr old is hard too but not quite the attention demand as a 3 yr old) ok... I'm talking too much still lol

Well at least you to have the post count to chat it up in the lounge. Just a few days ago I was amazed at my post number, but now it seems anemic since I've been out to the scary real world. Amazing what you can get done if you dont have a cigarette in your hand all day long. But it really cuts down on the quality time on the ECF and these da#$ bugs seem to love me now that I dont have a thin layer of nicotine permeating my skin, clothes, and hair. Sure one mosquito always found a way to get that one spot before, but now they all seem to love me. Where's that bottle of deet anyway.

lol at least they dont get to follow me in the house. Now I'm off to sleep before I miss that last sheep and end up posting till the wee hours in the morn.
