Is the Ego one a good tank? I noticed the Ego one tank/battery set-up available in different colors on the Sweet-Vapes site, and a friend of mine was thinking of buying it. She's new to vaping.
I'm loving it. It's simple to use. No wicking issues no matter the juice. No leaks. I started years ago with a simple ego and a clearo. I got frustrated with wicking issues and leaking. Moved on to a bigger mod with a carto tank. As we all know vaping has a learning curve. However the ego one is really simple and produces great flavor. I would recommend it to a new vapor.

I use a 1100mah eGo one with a subtank nano and the .5 heads for when I need a pocket setup. I use it when doing yard work or construction projects and so on. I do not like the eGo clearomizer. It is extremely hard to see how full it is and it sucks to fill. Performance on it is fine however.

I would highly recommend my setup but try both the 1.2 and the .5 coils to see what fits you. You may want the 2200mAh battery instead

2 x Custard's Last Stand (Bottle Size: 60ml, Nicotine level: 6mg)
2 x The Virus (H1N1)(Bottle Size: 60ml, Nicotine level: 6mg)

Took a flyer on these two below since I'd never tried em before
1 x Got Cookie? (Bottle Size: 15ml , Nicotine level: 6mg)
1 x Mah Peeps (SEASONAL) (Bottle Size: 30ml, Nicotine level: 6mg)

I feel like an an idiot too.... I rushed into my Bogo..... I had just got a delivery the week before and kind of kept my order light. Really should have waited and thought it out more. But if there is a next time.......

But luckily for me, NT cares and offers great deals to it's customers such as the rewards program, contest giveaways, FOTW etc.... Their loyalty has earned mine!

I didn't realize they are able to handle a SubOhm tank, that's good to know. eGo has been around so long they should know better than to put out a tank you have to fill blindly...thanks for letting me know. I love my Subtank, and so does my son, but everyone else chokes and coughs up a storm when trying it out. Hmm, not sure what tank would work for her, maybe just an "old fashioned" Aspire Nautilus for now, lol.

My Subtanks made me cough and splutter at first (1.2ohm coil) ....so I closed the air off as much as I could without making it totally tight, used a narrower drip tip, and turned the watts up ....don't know how, but it worked much better for me, and the vapour wasn't as hot. (used to use my iStick50 at around 7.5 watts and turned it up to 10.5)

I've fallen out with my mini Nautili due to too many nasty tasting coils in recent times - I've tried buying them from various places, and do make sure they're authentic, but they're too hit and miss.
I've been using an Eleaf AIR or a Kanger mega MOW instead. All easy to fill too. I can carefully pour from a NT bottle into the tanks.

I have several Aerotanks, too, but never tried the Mega. I didn't know the coils have been off lately on the Nauti...good to know! Pictor, I wish I'd taken a video of my first SubOhm experience, because I had my iStick turned all the way up to 45w. It scared me! I was thinking people were crazy until I turned it down to 20w. I didn't know I can go lower...didn't think it would work...yes, I failed physical science. Lol. No wonder everyone is coughing. I guess I better turn it down for them.

What are you running your Subtanks on now? Using the 1.2ohm head on the eGo one would be around 14w fully charged.

I'm using the .5ohm coil and I run it between 23 and 27w. I have the 1.2ohm coils, too, and to me they work just the same. I have an iStick and an Aspire CF SubOhm battery that I pair with my Subtanks.

The eGo one is kind of a mech/regulated hybrid. With the .5ohm head on it is around 32w fully charged. I use the .5ohm coil and it works great. No dry hits even with thick liquids. They look like they were made for each other.

I started using the MOW tanks when I got fed up of leaky or spitting Unitanks and Protanks, and didn't have an ounce of trouble with them, so got some of the mega MOWS ..still good. I use them on all types: iPOW 2 1600, Spinner ll, iSticks 20, 30, 50, Cloupor mini and MVP2's. All work fine - Got Mah Peeps in a mega right now.
The Eleaf GS Air are good too. I'm waiting for some Air GS-M to arrive now.

As for the mini Nautilus coils ..could just be I got a couple of packs from a bad batch (they were from two sources). I get spells where I buy a pack or two weekly, and then none for a month or two. Wish I'd been writing the source and date on the packets ..I've started doing that with all my coils so I know what to avoid if they get a bad batch. Problem seemed to start with the larger hole ones. I'll have a sort through what I have and see if I've got some decent older ones!

I'm enjoying the Subtanks though, and because I don't like using higher watts, the chaps over on the UK forum tried it on the iStick 50/30's and told me I was OK to use the 1.2ohm on lower watts.
They do work on the 7watts I first tried, but I found I coughed less if I upped it to 10watts ...don't ask me why ...I didn't do too good with physics either
