i ordered a pack of 50 blanks on 3/16. got and order conformation on 3/18. i didnt get a shipping notice, so i wrote to CS and this is the reply:
Hello Dave,
Currently, we are out of stock on the following:
CART-MAXX-50PK-BLANK-00MG
We were expecting a shipment from overseas over the past week, but it has yet to come and may not come for a little while now. If you would like to switch to another flavor, please let us know and we will be happy to ship it out to you immediately.
Or if you would like to wait, until they arrive in our warehouse, we will ship them out upon arrival.
Please advise, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We were notified last week that the stock only lasted a couple days before being sold out. There were probably numerous orders on the wait-list before yours was even placed, so first come, first served. Then today we learned the stock expected on Monday got delayed overseas, and is expected Thursday.
These things really need to be posted on the Stock Update sticky, but we can't seem to convince NYC of the importance of communication. Maybe when Red starts he'll get forum permissions and can help with that.
I'm not making excuses for them, I agree this is beyond ridiculous. But I'm just trying to keep you informed of what's going on.

I placed an order over the weekend and got an order confirmation on Monday morning. I haven't heard anything since about shipping. I called customer service early this morning, but as usual, got a recording. I did leave a message asking for a call back but didn't hear anything as of yet.

i guess im just upset. i feel that if there was such a back order, maybe they should have gotten enough to last longer than 2 days. the issues with bloog have been going on for almost 3 months now. its high time that they step up their game. im sick of excuses, and will be looking for other suppliers. hopefully, bloog and RED can do something to regain my faith in the company, but untill and if that happens, i will be spending my money elsewhere.

I think the way they do it is that on expedited they ship within 24 hours. On regular shipping they ship within 48 hours. I have tried the expedited shipping and always had them within three days. In fact I had an order last Thursday that was delivered on Tuesday. I placed one on Tuesday this week and got it this morning.
