Cretons has a deviled ham consistency, but it has a clove/onion taste to it. I guess it's an acquired taste.

Poutine is popular up here...lot us up here with french-canadian heritage. It's a diner/bar food. If you're ever up here in Maine...Governor's a Maine chain restaurant has it.
