made poutine again tonight, this time with feta and chedder.

I had a chip wagon near my home that made awesome poutine but no more Last summer some vandals busted in and torched it and the owner chose not to reopen.

I love Tim Horton's half of the time, it seems that many of them I get a burnt tasting coffee thankfully the one by my home makes a good cup.

Look good now that I know what it is I want some- That made me sooo hungry.

What kind of curd cheese do I use? In Mexico that have a curd cheese (they sell here) that is called Queso Fresco (Fresh Cheese in Translation) I love it- it's like thick cottage cheese with not a lot of flavor to it. Looks kinda the same.

Dude. You do know that Queso Fresco is most commonly made in dirty bathtubs south of the border, with questionable ingredients...that's why it's other name is "bathtub cheese".

Before you eat your next batch, send a piece of it out for a toxin screen.

Yea there are people in Louisiana that eat tripe. They even sell it at our local supermarket. I would not touch it with a ten foot pole.

In case nobody knows what this is its pig intestines. They fry it and call it chicklin's.

Just goes to show you some people will eat anything.

I have a burger and poutine every Friday night before a night of drinking! In Alberta where I am its usually just made with mozza cheese. But being 6'10" and 230lbs I can absorb a lot of extra calories a normal person maynot!

I've never had it for breakfast but I cant see it being any worse for you than say a half pound of Bacon!
