Hello everyone, I am excited to be home. Also soooo glad I am out of the hospital.
It took me some time to read all the posts, but I want to say THANKS YOU to everyone that wished me well or a speedy recovery.



He is some what of a computer hater. I am SURPRISED he posted anything at all on here. He didn't even like checking me emails. But he had to take care of some bills while I was in the hospital.


He knows about all my coops and classifieds dealings, and new your package was in the wind before this happened. I am glad he mentioned it to let you know it was here. I will take care of that as soon as I get your address. Can you PM me your current one? The label I put on the box was ripped off.


I was in the Fayette hospital.


I am glad you are still enjoying it. I still have 2 MVPs.


I woke up (came out of coma) on Wednesday, it was 9:05 PM Apparently the swelling was the cause of the coma. Realizing I was so banged up and E was okay except for a concussion that only kept him in the hospital 2 days, I felt grateful it wasn't worse.
We drove by the shop that towed the car, we were actually T-Boned. We were in a Nissan Pick up with a small cab. The other car hit us directly in my door and the front of the truck. They had to rip the top off to get me out. Made me feel even more grateful to be alive. It was BAD. Also made me realize why I was so banged up on the right side. It's just unfortunate I am right handed.



I am so glad to hear that but I am soooo sorry I put you in a bad situation with the coop. I have never just not paid with no response to let you know what was going on. I feel so bad about it, I am sooo sorry.


Yes I came home yesterday afternoon. I was so exhausted by the time we got home, I ended up in bed for the rest of the evening.
Getting older, you don't know how much things like this takes a toll on your body till you actually experience it.

It is so good to be home. I feel like I was released. I had to hide my vaping, hide my phone, and felt like I was under a guard. They checked on me like every two hours. Always had something to check or make me take. I hate hospitals. Doctors too.

I am sure nobody feels let down, just grateful you are okay! This was not a result of anything you had control over. It sure is good to see you posting!

glad to hear you're home recovering LV!!! a little trick if you have to go back in ..is ask the nurse to group together meds, vitals etc at night to give you four hours straight of sleep (we can do that)

we've been sick so I've not been here much but Ed's doing much better so more time for online ..I "get it"

Go all, been at MIL for a couple days. Hubby helping her while she mothers me. kinda nice actually, didn't have that much growing up. long sad story.
Doing better as each day passes.
Not much computer time here. MIL gambling online or hubby is on Facebook. Lol he's so macho but plays those games I tease him but in all honesty I use to be hooked on family farm. They are addictive.
I wanted to let y'all know I am still making it. I feel like I am getting my barrings back. After being asleep for so long, it takes time to get your head back on straight.

don't know you LV, but am thankful that things turned out how they did. I must admit it was nice to be able to read the journey in its entirety for the most part.. each page i wondered.. is she going to pull out... oh good.. she is awake.. but is she ok.. alright.. she is ok.. yay!

best wishes on a full recovery. age sucks for healing, but it just delays it.. keep at it.. watch your nutrition.. (i know i know.. but ensures rock for that kinda stuff while healing up) and work that PT. PT SUCKS! but if it didn't.. it wouldn't work..

Hello EVERYONE!!! We are home.
I sure miss this site. I miss coops the most.

UPDATE:
Doing much better, PT is much easier, less pain..... but the pain associated with my back is NOT getting better.
Been dealing with herniated disk for about 12 years now.
My collar bone doesn't really give me pain, but my neck hurts some. My ankle has to have surgery again, shattered it in the T-Bone wreck!!!
My arm is well, just broke it like so many others.

I use to brag about not having a broken bone "EVER". Being in my 40s I didn't really think it would happen at this age.
Seems I broke enough to make up for the 40 years without.

How is everyone?

while recovering.
She is the mother I NEVER had!!!

I'm glad to hear you're coming along and venturing out on your own. That's great progress and says you are recovering. I hope that back pain eases some. I have some back problems as well and it's no fun at all. Glad you liked that card, it seemed like it might get a smile, LOL.

Yeah, I've been co-op-ing or as I have renamed it "The Borg", resistance is futile! I'm going to finish my first, hand built, mod this morning. A low tank, like the VTR, but with a DNA40 chip and the display on top like a vapor flask. It was a real learning experience for me, I never took machine shop in High School and never really machined anything this complex.
