Pre-steeped juices from any vendor?

Most juices I buy require a couple days for the alcohol to evaporate off and a week or so for the flavor to develop.
Can the makers do this process for us? Meaning: don't ship a juice you just made, let your product sit for a week and finish "getting made" before shipping it?

Smokeless Image, Vaporcast, Altsmoke all sell NicQuid, which is pre-steeped and ready to vape from the get-go. I also believe Vaperite and Ahlusion offer pre-steeped juices.
