Pre-vet workshop thread

If you go separate forum, you could dedicate a thread to people just posting recommended updates to the list. Whoever holds the ding dong would be responsible to actually make the updates. If you use secret code phrases in the update recommendations list ("Going to update" and "Updates made", perhaps), it would provide clean demarcs for people to check against.

once we get this all in place we won't have anything left to debate...so we could spend all sorts of time rotating the calendar and scheduling who's on duty when

Now THAT's what I'm talk'n 'bout!

So....
1) Weekly rotation list of "who has the ball" for editing.
2) Only the editor makes changes to the list
3) All requested changes are made from another thread (with multi posts) and replies. Also requests can be picked up directly from the PVT by the editor-of-the-week
4) May not be 100% weekly (exceptions for "I'll be gone...such and such a time")

So... who is on the list?

"updating the list", "done updating" or similar should work. A manual token to let others know editing is going on
