There are two tibby... one of "us" PVT crew and also a moderator to edit the times. Since the moderator can show at any time and edit the list....
There just has to be some communication between whomever has the edit duty that week and the moderator(s).

classy usually checks if times are needed and adds them when we have a bunch, looks to me like every 2 weeks or so. if there is a latecomer a pm needs to be sent ....

IDK how that works, and how/if they check. But that would be fine. However, we don't know that they are editing though, so I think it still needs communication. However we work it out.
Speaking of.... do you guys know if any avatar parties were missed? Like not on the list, but should have been? Did it cause an issue?

i don't think we had anybody missing from the list so far. we've had 2 timing issues but they were worked out. one was just recently but xaiver had requested a welcome thread only - his showing up didn't change a thing .....
one thing though, whoever volunteers needs to really look at the list. classy keeps an eye out for mistakes in our dates and we do the same for her times. it needs to be somebody familiar with 'military time' or european
classy does an excellent job but, as you saw today, mistakes happen as they do on our side also. the trick is to catch them ahead of a turning.
