We have 11 listed above (morri is a yes), and I have not heard back from Lost and Meggers and IDK what to do about jj2 either nor do I know her feelings about it. This affects her. So as soon as I hear from them...

Joker, could I ask a question. I am kind of new and there has been some confusion on this point. Is JJ a member of Pre-vet team, the Contest team, or both teams?

List editors are more up for grabs. However, if j0ker's form solution doesn't require knowing that list immediately, it won't be a dependency on getting everything else done.

I guess the best way to describe jj2's role is she is like my partner for the contest but she also fulfills the role of mediator between the actual process for the Pre-Vets. This was established in the beginning because I wasn't going to be able to get too deeply involved with the technical part of the Veteran group and the process members had to follow. My responsibility was to conduct the contest and solicit for prizes, which grew from being a end of the year contest to a monthly drawing, and then to include the Mini contests . The Veteran contest has taken upon a life of it's own, which is a great thing and this is one of the reasons we are looking forward to continuing this into next year. Basically jj2 helps keep me in line, which is a job in itself

Sounds like there is a lot to do. Good that you have help.

I love the pre-vets. The members seem to really love it. It is always so exciting to be there when a person turns. It feels like a real life party.

New subforum now in place. I have 4 people currently assigned and the rest will be assigned once I receive the list from Atty. PMs sent to the test subjects (guinea pigs)

I hope this means in contest issues not general, we mediate ourselves in the Pre-vets aspect of things, please clarify that comment if you could,J0ker

I understand that it shouldn't be left in BWB, but I'd hate to loose the history. it'd be nice to have the discussion to look up for future contests, so that no one has to reinvent the wheel. I know i missed having the discussions that occurred in the group available during this discussion, since we covered some of the same ground.
