I know that this will let down several people and you all know thats the last thing I wanted to do...but I can't keep swallowing all that I have so far. Atty,Tom,Kat, so many others will be disappointed in me , and for that I am so sorry. I often wondered when my breaking point would find me, with this ban and everything happening at the same time, this is what the result became. If you all really want this to continue without mention, its like living with your head in the sand. I think it is time something be done (or not) because the last thing I wanted was to lose good friends over this. Who is the winner??? Certainly not the member who caused this to happen, may Karma find that person and let the cards fall where they may. I hope Pre-vets goes on with the vigor it once was...It will take the right people to make this happen, I know who doesn't belong taking the helm. Tina

as i said before, atty - i will not rush anybody. i remember all too well what that does to the group but 6 months i'll have to turn down. 
let's see if whis will give this list another week in this location. i'll keep an eye on things till then. and as i said before i'm sure i'll drop in to say hi to you all and help celebrate some of the turnings coming up, especially for my 2 prevets.

i respect your decisions Tibs and Whis. i wish that it was different, but each of us has to be able to choose. Thank you for keeping up with and providing a home for the list- especially continuing to keep it going through this next transition. It's a bunch of work to keep everything updated.
Though it works most smoothly when you have just a couple of people coordinating it, and a separate specific thread for the final list, it's not really sustainable to do it that way.
I don't want to see the PVT thread itself change.
so, IMO, the main task is to figure out how to compile and maintain the list. That's the bottleneck. There are several options for storing the list, but either we have to find a way for the list to be editable by a number of people, or learn how to do a rolling list where anyone who has something to add copies the previous list, makes their changes and pastes. in that case the last list in the thread is the most up to date. However, i don't know how difficult it will be to get the times added.

i think atty's idea is the most workable - a social group where the list can be stored and updated. this way, when somebody stops by, the new name can be added by whoever sees it, and each night it should be pulled forward as i did in workshop.
as long as the group is open i can see myself adding to the list if i stumble across a prevet.
but i need to feel free of any obligations that were never my doing to begin with.
i would assume that somebody from admin should lend a hand. if it weren't for the contest most of the problems would be moot.
