What people (jj and ?j0ker?) may not be aware of is that "the exact time" and "turning time" can be ...um...controlled... by not logging in.
So if the ECF Software says you're not a vet at 8:24 a.m and you're there and at 8:25 a.m. it says you're a vet... you've met the requirements IMO. The software concurs. It doesn't matter that we initially thought it was going to be 6:25 a.m. but you rescheduled ahead of time. There's fireworks at 8:25 and you're there and your status changed.
Atty, the voice of reason.

If jOker has no problem with this
I don't either. And I don't mean to put him on the spot, he is just living by what he said at the beginning: Once set then that is the way it is.
And keep in mind, there was
three of us allowed in there to discuss this. I'm not saying this to lay blame at any ones feet, I'm saying it because at the time, we all agreed to it---or at least didn't disagree.
In fact if you all want to call this a modification, then it can be tried. If no one notices, no harm no fowl.
And Katya is right. Things need to change to where it's done on PreVets time schedule. During the day, someone is usually about but I have felt sorry for those late night people. Especially when they were there and it was a no show or it was a guest who showed at the very last minute.
Atty: the two/
three/four set times to have the celebrations during the day is genius and so is them just posting "I am here" if no one is about. What ever you all decided to, since I've joined the ranks of Everybody Is Welcome, I will join in when I can.
