Precise atomizer question

I really love the look of the precise; I was thinking of getting a chuck for home and a Precise for going out.

I haven't used anything besides Blu's so far so my question about the atomizer on the Precise is this: Is it a sleeve that an atomizer goes inside of? From the review video it looked like it was not. In that case is there a specific atomizer that needs to be used? Most of what I like about the precise is the look of it and I'd not want to get something that kills that sleek, all-steel look.

no the threads are covered by the adapter threads so all you see is the color of the atty no brass but the chuck doesnt have a cover for the atty either I would personally recommend going with the precise as it much smaller ive owned both large high volt devices and smaller p.v.s and now with the advent of the low resistance atty all youll have to do to make a significant step up in vapor production is switch atomizers hope that helped
P.S. I started with the blu to I wish i would have jumped straight into the mod world but i bought two other standard ecigs before i got my protege then prodigy v2 and hopefully i foresee having better luck with super t with my precise daves products seem to be built with much more quality and precision

You can run the 510 stainless attys with a nice stainless or aluminum T-Tip and it looks one piece. I run the 510 cartomizers with the sticker peeled off (so it's ss) and it looks fantastic. One of the classiest PV's I own...

If you like the traditional 808 cartomizers on 3.7 ~ 4.2v you'll love these.
I get mine from Vaporkings and they're the best I've ordered.
They have the little rubber insert/tip that's easily removed and they really crank out the vapor. I've not ordered any from Iken to know exactly what he has.. I did get some from somewhere else and they did not perform as well and they had a strange taste... "Threw them in the trash"

I do like the all silver as getting the wrapper off is a PITA not to mention a messy task....

I'll try some of these on my next order and let ya know... If you get some before I do, let me know

*Reading the description.... I get around 30 drops in mine (Just like the 808's) through the top fill and spin method..

So to make sure I understand correctly...
There is no sleeve covering the atomizer however there ARE good, workable, steel(ish) 501 cartomizers or alternately you can use a good steel(ish) atomizer and a t tip but in the latter case what are you using for a cart for the fluid? Just dripping I assume?

So basically steel cartomizer or atomizer with a t-tip and dripping as your sole option, yes?

Don't misunderstand, I'm not against dripping but just want to make sure my mental picture is correct so I understand what I'm getting, lol.

And I do still think I'll get a chuck timothymass. 1) I can use it home with a larger battery since size/look won't matter as much and 2) a backup is never a bad thing

A backup is always a good idea... That's why I have 2 - Super 6's, 2 - 10440 Precise and an original T1. Got a few others laying around but can't say they see much use anymore.

If you don't want to run an adapter, the 510 attys with T-Tip would be for dripping or use the 510 cartomizer with a T-tip if you don't like dripping.. I go with the latter

I'll drip if I'm mixing up a new batch of flavor and I want to try it out but I like the carto's for work, evenings out and everyday running around..

It's all just preference... The Precise with the 510 - 901 adapters work just fine and if it's a silver adapter you don't really notice it that much...
