Oh Oh...V2 ordered. Wont be so bad this time around as i Have V1. Had to get a Backup ELA! I just wish all the parts I have collected with V1 wont work on V2...kind of bummed about that.
I had my first ELA for a while now. I needed a back-up too. I may get one more before the end of the year. I am also thinking of getting the 26500 simplicity instead of just the tube.

I wouldn't doubt that those parts will be made available for the v2 in time. Super T generally doesn't seem to change things just to change things.

I just want to be able to use my sat switch or Schafer switch soon to arrive. Oh and all my slant caps 16/20/22 mm.... Forgot about the ela strata as well. I'm guessing that won't thread on v2?

From my understanding is the V1 switches won't work but your top caps and strata should be fine. If you look at the ELA website they listed what will and will not work.

No worries, if you'd really like, we could do up some switches like those. I've just stayed away from them because they didn't have a lock and I questioned the demand, but if you want some, we can make it happen and you can have an genuine oem one. I should mention, the new ELA doesn't need a flat bottom cap anymore to stand up, it stands up great with the new design, yet retains the look and is true to the original design. We'll also be doing up some of our flat caps for it that utilize the lock (with our new wider button, they'll work better with it)

Hell yes we do David...OEM Sat type switches... The Schafer switch I believe is slightly concave..? I will be getting mine by the end of the week. It can be used with the OEM spring or its magnetic switch design... I will let you know how it works/fit and finish...... :2c:

This would be awesome. I was just coming here to ask if the sat switches worked on the newest ela, but this would be much better.
