Hey David, let me first say i have never owned an ELA before but I just ordered one the other day and it has shipped already. I can see from reading this forum you are providing a customer service that is unmatched buy almost anyone. Which is a reason after looking at the ELA for 2 years i finally purchased one. I don't know of another person who listens to there customers like you do. I have received great service before from others but what im seeing here in this forum is great. I was reading up on this thread today and awhile back u mentioned all the new ELA V2s would have the diamond knurled compression ring. I was wondering is that still true because i really liked the look of the slanted knurl that's pictured on the site. If mine has the diamond is it possible to get the slanted knurl?? and what were the reasons to change to the diamond?? Thanks again, and i cant wait to finally get my ELA its been a long wait and the only mechanical i would pay a good price for. To me its more innovative in its design and stylish. Were others are just engraving designs into the tubes now a days. The only telescopic mod to even consider in its class.
Squape R, GP Heron or Taifun GT....left out Kayfun cause....it's really not that great compared to the others.

It is very spiffy! Though one thing - I noticed it has a mobile counterpart. I tend to dislike mobile websites and look for a "View Full Site" option when I encounter one. I couldn't find that option at Super-T. So the site looks GREAT on my computer, but mobile-inhibited on my phone.
I missed this post sorry (and probably more like it). On the customer service, thank you, we definitely need to improve on turn around and ship times, but otherwise, we always try to do the right thing for the customer, always. On the slanted, yes we went back to the diamond knurl. Customers seemed to prefer that and we bought a new knurling tool that really made some nice clean knurling (diamond style) so we went back to it. I do have some slanted around here if you want one.
You are right about innovation though, a lot are just competiting to see who can come up with the best engravings, rather then true innovation, though it is harder and harder to come up with new things as time goes by. You'll have to check out our new feeder we'll have out soon. It's pretty neat!
Hey David a Slanted knurled compression ring would be great, how do i go about getting that?? As far as a new feeder I always check back on your site periodically to see whats new. I stumbled across the site years ago looking at drip tips.I remember people saying they waited months for there ELA. As far turn around times i think I ordered mine on a Thursday, and it was in my hands on Monday cant get much better than that. Thanks again for making a great American made product, I am greatly impressed at the machining and finishing of the ELA it really is the best mod i have ever had my hands on.
Have you folks ever seen this setup? Zenesis Hybrid Apv's – ElectronicStix.Com It is for a House of Hybirds threaded device.. You screw it on a Z2 body tube and it turns it into a DNA30 mod... I wonder if someone would make this sort of setup for a DNA40 chip....? DNA40 ELA???
