O.K. guys....and Gals, you've been so helpful in bringing me to a decision in which unit to buy that I thought you could weigh in here as well. What is the best L.R. atomizer for the Grand. Obviously this is a very subjective matter, but I'd still like to hear you. I've had the Cisco spec 1.5 306, but to be honest it seems to be too hot- burning a lot of the flavor out of the juice. Throat hit was awesome, but it tasted like burned throat hit! Keep in mind this was used on a non-modded unit; an Ego. I've heard alot of good things about the Iken 2.0 510's and 306's. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated with the opening of Iken's new store, it will be the prime opportunity to get some. Thanks for your thoughts

Personally I don't recommend using Cisco 306's if you are using a thick juice, such as Boba's Bounty or almost any juice that contains 100% VG. All 4 of my 306's are prone to flooding and performance goes down after a day of usage, and to get it back up to performance, you would have to clean it or blow on it from the battery end. Cisco 510's are top notch and they don't flood like the 306's, and they will give good performance for 4-5 days, which is a good range before you clean it.

I started out using Cisco 306s and 510s, then got a couple 801s, then some Ikenvape 306s.

The Cisco 1.5ohm 306s burned WAY too hot. Everything tasted burnt and the TH was too harsh. Retired that one almost immediately. The Cisco 306 2.0ohm was PERFECT. Great flavor, clouds of vapor, great TH. The Cisco 510s also worked really well, if you like a smoother vape, those are probably the way to go. For me, they're a touch TOO smooth, though - I prefer the heat and punch of the 306s. The 801s, I didn't care for at all. Way too cool. Traded them away for more 306s. The Ikenvape 306s are fine too, they just don't hit as well as the Ciscos.

For me, the combination of an AW IMR high-drain 18650 and a 2.0 ohm Cisco 306 provides the perfect sweet spot at 3.7V. It's actually sometimes a touch too hot when the battery is right off the charger, but it quickly settles into a zone and then vapes beautifully for days. Never had a single issue with leakage either.

Nobody sems to have run into the Cisco 306 1.5 burning too hot?

I wouldn't say too hot for me .... but they work like crap for me.
I found they have to be very wet to avoid burning them but by then they are too wet ?????

Some people love them, not me I traded all mine away.
(I do have some Cisco 2Ω 306s on the way to try though)

On the Grand its all Cisco 1.5 or 2.0 ohm 510 attys.
1.5 for my Boba's - and - 2.0 for sweet juices that burn easily.

At least you could get a day out of them ... I don't think I've ever had a 306 on for more than 2 hours before I bunged it up.
I'm not an idiot, but I could not get the hang of them .... Only atty that ever got the best of me.... gave up and traded mine.

510 attys work so good for me I just didn't see the point of aggravating myself :)

LOL, I could not for the life of me get the hang of 801's, but the 306's work like magic for me. It's interesting, and I wonder what it is about how we vape that makes the difference.

Do you use 100% VG juice (thick juice) with your 306's?

Big Hitter - You probably vape up a chimney for the 306's to last you only 2 hours haha. I will save my 306's for emergencies but in the mean time I will use the 510's as my main atomizer.

I use IKV 2.0ohm 306's... work perfect for me on my Grand. Been using the same atty for about 7 days now, dewicked, with no issues. Have 5 more on the way, and 2 Cisco 1.8ohm 306's as a backup.

Dewicked - means you cut off the little thread looking parts on the side of the bridge?
