Im used to cartomizers so i gotta question. What should I do before I use a new atty? Clean it? Blow it out?

Blow it out, Prime w/3 drops, cigar puff (without inhaling) about 4-5 times. Recharge w/ 3 drops and vape away.
I agree. Make sure you do a good job blowing out the primer because that stuff is horrific tasting.
Blow out into a tissue. If you are careful you can do a dry burn if you have a manual battery - with no cart on press the button for no more than 4 seconds - just until you see/hear the liquid on it vaporize.
And BTW - you should wash your atty once a week, or more often if you vape heavily. I soak in vodka overnight (grain alcohol would be better). Next day I shake it out and set to dry on paper towels (or if I need it right away I dry it with a paper towel and then blow through it until I think it is dry inside. I alternate 2 attys for my normal PV so I am never without one.
