This stuff is getting increasingly hard to find these days, especially at a decent price.

I have not, prior to my purchase earlier. But, It's a very popular and reputable online store for koh Gen do..... I've been robbed at koh Gen do cosmetics for $12 + 15 shipping with a limit of one order!!! :O I really wanted it, oh well... Now, I really don't want to be without it so it's time to stock up .....This place very rarely has it in stock so it's good that you pulled the trigger. It'll be gone quick!

Just waiting on polished white internals. I received the dreaded delayed email for those.

I got a good Sculpteo story,
Ordered a 34.1 internal, a Peko internal and a Peko low profile button, in one order.
All was going good till they delayed the order cause they had a production error on the button,
Next I know they send the 3.1 internals alone,
Next day they send the Peko internal alone,
Today I got both internals,
Today I get a notification that they shipped the button, by itself,
One order, 3 separate shipments,
How long you think they'll be in business?

Mine is coming from SF, I spoke with someone who sounded like they were french but called from a SF area code...I think it's being walked here l, or possibly delivered, in a basket ,mounted on the front of a pink bicycle. ..with training wheels. ..

F*ING sculpeto! Bumps my shipping to the 5th. I specifically spoke with 2 different assssholes who told me my package was packed with label on it 3 days ago.
End rant. Sorry.

Received my Sculpteo Alumide dna body and top cap yesterday. Forgot to get some pictures of it, but I can when I get home tonight. I received the package the same day I received the shipping notice.

Initial thoughts: Since they didn't offer the polished option, the print lines are much more visible, but I'd imagine I could do some sanding of my own to resolve that if I so chose. I really do think it feels sturdier than the white plastic. The Sculpteo version seems a little lighter in color than the Shapeways one and the sparkle effect seems more pronounced as well.

I'll most likely order another for the Peko since I really do like how it looks and feels. I do wish they had a polished option, but that's because I like to be lazy.

How do you polish it?

Dunno, haven't tried it yet.

But I would think you could sand it down a bit then buff it? I think applying a paint of any thickness at all would minimize the print lines quite a bit. I might not even bother trying to clean them up.

Even though I also got the "Your order may be delayed" email, the grey non-polished PEKO was delivered 10 minutes ago, exactly when they said they would deliver when I ordered it.

It is much more likely to win the Power Ball, get hit by lightning and bitten by a shark on the same day than getting Ebola. BTW, the FLU might get you first anyways....

Tip.... Alumide is very brittle and probably should not be used for internals. I guess I'll have to order another set in SWFP.

You just got a bad one, I find Alumide the best material for internals, it's the strongest
