No, I can't say I've used the 24 gauge much. I think it's just under one ohm per foot at room temperature. Still higher than 28 gauge Ni200 though.
Nothing I've found in the US. IIRC there's a European vendor that has metric sizes in the 26-28 range.
No biggie really. If you have a cordless drill, you can twist wire and twisted wire has more surface area anyway.

Ok the people at Evolv rock. I know a lot of you have been waiting on RMAs but I have a feeling that had something to do with the board generation upgrade.
Like a clumsy oaf, I used to much force trying to get my GDNAs positive battery cap in place in my excitement of finishing the build and I snapped my screen I thought I was out 60 bucks, another 60 if you include the bottle of whiskey used to drown my sorrow. I contacted Evolv and they replied within minutes telling me they would replace my screen for a 10 dollar service fee. I have since cleaned out the rails for a better fit to prevent this mishap.

My dna's are back I have the first one on the test rig now, I had a bit of of a problem one of the on board buttons was sticking so I removed it

My 2nd RMA'd DNA40 has tested long enough for me to call it glitch free. So, I prepped a Shapeways print this morning and forgot how much more knife prep their shells require compared to Sculpteo. This one got wood stain.
And this shell was gold but got stripped and now some copper paint ...
Timing was perfect for letting them dry a couple days until post holiday provides time for some poly coats. Might have a couple boards mounted and ready before clear coats complete. Was hoping to give some of these as Christmas gifts ... bad boards dashed those hopes.
