humm I am very interested in one of these.... gdeal I'd like to get on your list if you have one. :D Now off to join Shipeways.

Question... exactly how much soldering is involved? I solder like a 2 year old with playdo...

There is no list, I am not assembling or selling. Once the Beta test group wraps up and the build generally looks repeatable, you will be able to order it from shapeways and give it a go. Soldering for this is no different than for other mods. The best mod building guides out there are by Mamu. Check out "Arlo" or "Denali".

............

gdeal, any plans on working up a schematic for your design + sx350 chip?

Aalwani - the SX350 is bit too big and the screen orientation wont permit anything in this size. It will require a new design something along the lines of what Turbocad6 did with his 26650 mod. I am working on it, but the initial sizing of the chip in the form factor looks to add a bit of width and depth.

The Beta testing is moving along and a version with a couple of revisions internally for connection and top cap stability is in the works.

BTW, if you get anything from Shapeways in "Coral Red" you will not misplace it as long as it is visible!

You'll find that in the pitch black dead of night

It's a veritable vaping dream team

Can't wait to give this a go. I've modded quite a few atties but never built a mod before and have no soldering experience. Any advice/tips/etc would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is there a list of items/parts/tools needed somewhere so I can start gearing up?

Thanks!
