So when we get our kits we will have to mod the head of the SS screw ourselves?

I don't have the answer to that, I just wanted to get more done as Rossum pointed out :)

for me, that might have happened with a few pieces of art deco period lights but never with anything e-cig related

We must never go shopping together then.... especially if there is anything FLW involved.

I was a bit surprised at how small the ID of the tubing was. At first glance I didnt think a 6-32 screw would fit, but it did, and quite nicely, very secure.

Out of 10 of the McMaster screws, about two of them were drilled slightly off center, and one more than slightly. They would all work, but there is some variability in them.

Oh, and just got a shipping notice from Shapeways!

Man, I ordered way too much stuff, as usual. What compels us to order way more stuff than we need for the "Just in case" stash? Fear of zombie apocalypse? Rioting from the great beer shortage of 2014? Ok, at a lost for any more worse catastrophes.......:D:D

Those are for the 510 classic and bf pins right?

"Flanged 316 needles, o-ring sealers, and silicone tubings. 1.8mm diameter on the needles ensures a perfect fit to our 510 V3 bottom feeder center pins."

Wonder if they will work with the 510 Classic for this project ?
They are crazy long, but a hack saw fixes many things...

True, hopefully this will work so we don't have to drill holes in screws.
