I'm sure it's in this thread somewhere but I'm feeling lazy and the thread is loooooooooong.

How do I flush my FSM down onto the top of the Peko? I'm running it with the gap caused by the o-ring provided in the livewire kit. When I put the 510 together it didn't seem like I could get the vented screw down far enough with the provided o-ring. I'm assuming I use a smaller o-ring in between the vented screw and the 510 and possibly an identical ring snugged to the underside of the atomizer deck around the 510 on it?

Great mod, gdeal: I got it all together in about an hour with the wonderful build doc you published, I think the hardest part was getting the tube onto the vented screw. .I ended up biting the very end of the tube a just couple times and that softened the vinyl up enough to make it easier to start. I assembled the entire Peko with the tools I already keep in my atomizer rebuilding kit, I have some hemostats and needle nose pliers in there and that was the main hand tool usage. I have added a penny from my change jar to the rebuild kit because that's the tool the 510 connection needs. Wonderful design, fun project; thanks!

Got an email from livewire. They said since they gifted first uk buyer with a peko kit they should have given first aussie one. So if I make another order they will throw one in.

The international service is good btw. Outsourced i think. It goes via dhl to my city then auspost to my door

That's really awesome that they are doing that for you. When I seen distro's post about getting a free kit I thought "oh man now other people are going to be begging for a kit" but that's cool, you didn't even ask and got offered another kit.

Awesome service there at live wire [emoji2]

Here's my new addition! 4th Peko! Paint by testers and inspired by my man DrunkJ. Love it, this will be my "show-off" Peko. Next mod that got ordered yesterday is actually not mechanical, it's Gdna that'll have a large screen DNA 40!!! Yep, I'm going regulated. I have an old DNA 30 that's old school and no sqounker so this will be fun!

Here's a family shot, Gdna will be in there next.

idk if you read my last post but I emailed them and it was shipped the next day.so if you try that route maybe itll get done for you.just a thought

20 days and counting and my Peko still shows in print. Selecting economy kind of backfired this time, didn't it? I don't think I'll do that anymore unless I am truly in no kind of hurry.

Mine shipped today after waiting just as long. I had several items in the order, only things that held it up were polished, non-white pieces.

The 4th Peko you guys see in pics above was ordered via "economy" it took 2 weeks and it was at my door step. Definitely email customer service. I just placed an economy order 2 days ago for a Gdna 4.2... I feel like that one is going to take FOREVER. There's a lot more parts and way more indicate parts.. we'll see.

Gotta get on live wire here soon and get a Gdna parts kit, and stop at my local car audio and buy some 24g and 18g wire. Correct?
Then all I'll need is the 40 large screen board... hopefully Mike's co op takes off soon! ;)

Hey everyone wondering about adjusting the atomiser depth to flush it up: It really is as easy as gdeal described. Loosen that metal nut on the vented screw, maybe free up the other end of that solder lug on the brass allthread and then: play around with the "penny slot" and 510 capture nut to get the air holes where you want 'em, unscrew that delrin insulator and tighten the vented screw until the atty sits flush. This is the point you want to check continuity between the center post of your atty and the vented screw. No connectivity? Just unscrew the vented screw a quarter turn at a time. When you get connectivity check for fit and then tighten everything back up.

Super damn simple once you realize that white delrin piece on the 510 doesn't need to be seated firmly up in it's threads. This DIY kit is really awesome for people who have never modded an ecig or have never dealt with parts this small, it's like a Testors model with instructions.

Next on my list is a gDNA 40 and if this little Peko keeps rockin' I think I'll give it the work detail my REO currently performs, maybe build another Peko for lookin' nice 'cause going to work with me is a death sentence for any vape's cosmetic appeal.

Ohhh yeah! They sell that suff by the foot at audio shops? I was wondering what I was going to do about wire. I'm the kind of guy who usually buys the 100ft spool and then four years later when it's still in the toolbox kicks himself for getting so much of it.

I dont really understand Sculpteo. They send emails that your product is going to be late, then before you are done reading the email, they send a ship notice. Usually, they are way a head of the promised ship date, but then sometimes an order gets into nowhere land and you dont hear anything. But I think overall their quality has been great and on average they ship prior or on the ship date. An email to cust. service never hurts. I get the impression that its located in France, not San Fran, but usually "Andrew" responds in a day or so.

I did send an email and he responded back that I selected economy and it will be printed and ready to ship shortly. Not much help. I won't go economy route anymore unless I really don't care if it takes a month. And this one isn't even a polished, colored one, just raw white.

I've been scouring the co ops and am subscribed to both discussion and active and haven't seen anything on a DNA40. Is it something that's going to go into discussion and planning?
