[I posted this over at the other thread as well] Ok...so this is pretty good news. While its still early to tell if Sculteo will rise to king of 3D print vendors, they are surely making a good a really good climb up that hill.

I wrote a lengthy email to their head of marketing over the weekend and got a response early this morning. I explained the two issues that people were running into ordering parts. The first was having orders cancelled due to Alumide not being available for multiple part files and not being able to use the credit for reorder and the second is that the discount code referral promotion wasnt working.

So they were very nice and provided a special code that you guys can use directly. No need to provide a referral and it will work for any of the GDNA or PeKo model. The secret code is "GDeal" and its for 10%. Make sure you use capitals for the "G" and the "D".

The other issue will be addressed with their accountants, hopefully today. If you do have a credit issued, it will show up next to the paypal option.

I was going to order only new shells and top caps to replace the crappy ones from SW, and keep the internals I have... but seeing the good results from Sculpteo so far, i decided eff it and ordered a couple of internals as well... ordered today, October 20th, expected ship date October 28th. All else equal, 1 week or so turnaround is worth the change from SW to Sculpteo in and of itself.

Yes, white polished. I ordered this one and the Alumide package on the evening of 10/14. Received a cannot print on the Alumide email on 8/15, but they did go ahead and print this one. So 5 days from the time of ordering till they sent me this picture. We'll see how long it takes to get here and how nice it looks when it gets here, but right now I'm hopeful.

Sucks that I didn't get the discount, but someone had to go first.

This seems so freakin awesome I have got to get one of these soon. I have read through the entire thread and maybe it's because I am still rather new to the forum and everything or something, but I am still rather confused as to how I would go about getting all of the internal parts. Either way I will be watching this thread and certainly ordering one in the near future as it seems to be a much cheaper way to venture into the bottom feeder side of things than buying a Reo right away.
