I've been watching this thread and the co-op planning thread daily now hoping someone will do another parts buy. I bought 3 of these mods from Sculpeto at a cost of $170. I put off painting them until I'm sure of another co-op for the parts. Maybe I could sell them on classified later if don't get parts. It seems like there are allot of people that do want to build these and want to buy parts. hopefully someone will do a co-op. In the meantime i'll be waiting, i'll be wanting, i'll be willing. I be here:vapor:

I can say that I've recently ordered from both and it's a toss-up. Don't order Alumide (metallic plastic) from Sculpteo. It's actually not even an option anymore, but it was horrible. On the other hand their polished colored plastics are pretty darn nice. Shapeways was having problems with quality control, but from the parts I received from them recently and what others have posted, it looks like they are doing much better. There is a 10% off coupon for GDeal with Sculpeo and their "all parts" packages are cheaper than adding them individually via Shapeways, so I still lean towards Sculpteo, but not by much.

White Strong, Flexible & Polished from shapeways.com for the internals, and Black Detail for the button and ring (after they've been sanded) from shapeways.com White Polished Plastic from sculpteo.com for the body.

Black Polished Plastic from sculpteo.com. Tested sanding on the tall button and white started to show up almost instantly so I'm lucky this print came out so good or it would have been a waste of color. I've also got a yellow one coming (for my PeKochu mod ) from Sculpteo so I'll show off how it looks when I get it. Hopefully it will also just need sealed like the black one.

Oh and BTW, the internals do not belong in the Peko next to it.... in case anyone got confused. I just didn't want to take off the button and ring to show off the black detail from shapeways. I love the stuff, but it's a hell of a lot of work to get it to look shiny like that. (I still keep contemplating trying a shell of the stuff, but don't know if I want to chance the waste of money if it really turns out bad)

Ken

(EDIT) Sorry for the quality of the photos. Best I could do with the light and my phone camera. The black on the PeKo looks darker in real life, though not quite as dark as the sanded and polished black detail button and ring.

Good morning all. So what is everyone running in regards to atomizers? Going to be my first bottom fed so exploring options. I have an Igo-L collecting dust, an omega and a Trident clone that I love to pieces, it has a great chamber that I get a ton of flavor with running a single parallel coil @ 0.4. Thinking of modifying them to turn them in to a bottom fed. I have heard the Atomic or Cyclone can be turned in to BF attys as well but trying to keep costs down.

Any thoughts, opinions, recommendations?

Thank you
