LOL.... I'm picturing a future post:

Hey Gdealeoeo dude, that such a weird name.... oh yeah so dude! Your instrushuns suck. I stuck the 510 pieces into the bottle and drilled it but now I have no place for juice and I put a freshly charged battery in one of the holes, but the stupid thing won't even fire. Then I spilt bourbon all over the place and got Krylon in my eyes. .... I hate this mod. HELP!!

also I'm typing this one handed because my other hand seems to now be superglued to the table. stupid mod.

I think I'm going to puke....

Well, dang... now I need to get all this stuff back out. I only have about an hour's worth of bourbon left.

edit: yeah, it's a little long, lol. Glad I didn't fubar the threading before putting it in. Thanks.

My Peko has officially hit stateside yesterday. Its setting in Philly right now with a Monday delivery. Too bad I won't be able to build it until next weekend. Cataract surgery is scheduled for Thursday... Hoping as of Friday I will be able to see with both eyes again. Lost sight in the left one about 8 months ago... Depth perception is something you really know nothing about until you lose sight in one of your eye's... I'm excited at this point on both accounts...

You will love both the peko and the cataract surgery. I had both eyes done a few years ago. I need reading glasses (1.75) but otherwise I see great. I Just put on a set of 3.00 and I can see detail. For really fine work, I put on both my 1.75's and 3.00 at the same time. It looks dumb but everything is huge.
As everyone has told you, the peko is a fine mod. You will love that too. You can probably get that build without depth perception so you can vape while recovering.

Nice! My Peko came from France to Pa in just 3 days. Mine hit Philly and was at my door the next day. The Philly post held it longer than they should have but it's a big city, I see the reasoning. I bet your pumped up about building it, i can't wait to see your finished product!

Also, this is for Gdeal or anybody else who might know, i installed my two magnets in the body yesterday, i ran for a little while without them but just felt that I needed to get them in, because when I'd pop the cap off my nuppin the inside would pull off the body. So I glued in the magnets and now it seems the gap is more than it should be now. Is that normal? My ring spacer is loose and moves up and down now. And it never did that before..

Not a real big deal, I still freakin LOVE the thing to death. And man those magnets are pretty strong it locks into place nicely.

The build doc specifies:

Food and dairy Clear Tygon PVC tubing, 1/16" ID, 3/16" OD, 1/16" wall thickness. McMaster Carr PN# 6546T93

I got one of the "custom vented screws" either from one of the two coops, or from one of the several people I hunted down for them. I didn't end up filing down any of these screws at all. I put some high PG e liquid on the end of the hose, and crammed it on the screw. After a certain point, you actually have to twist the tubing onto the screw. IMHO, 4 threads is the minimum of connection size for things of this nature.

I also didn't tap the 510 insulator. I dremelled a 3/16" hole into it as close to the centre as possible, and tightened it with the nut to centre it.

I thought I would need a dremel for this but a wire cutter did the trick on 2 pekos.

I looked around for awhile and couldn't find the answer,so I thought this would be the best place to ask. What size and type of hose are you guys using for the bottom feeding connector? It didn't say in the doc explaining how to file down the screw and such

You def don't want to sand down the threads, the bottle hose will attach to the vented screw no problem, just twist it. Tap the fat daddy white delrin for a better adjustment. Or just drill a straight hole through and adjust with the bottom nut. Good luck!
