In concept. Totally doable. Same parts as well just a shorter threaded rod. I'll see what it take to CAD up and you can beta test it? Not sure the 6ml bottle will fit, but we will see.

Fantastic, if you can do this, kin I get a single Duracell AAA version (an EverReady Bunny version would be OK too)

and that's what we call doin whatever it is that gets your goat.in the end ill bet it'll sell so thatsa plus in anyones book.my hands are just to big an stupid to be able to use 18490 er 500.have a time with the lil parts on the 650 builds.i did learn to build it in a shoebox or a workboot box.keeps them lil pieces an parts corraled!nice to meet ya Rmervin,im Rick, didnt think we had spoke before yet.

Well, in this instance the difference in capacity is between a 6ml bottle and perhaps a 4ml and is not that great. For the Sun Box I have two of the new 18490 AW's in a box and 1 in the device most always. I carry a laptop bag with a touchpad and building stuff, juice, to the office everyday. There are two 18650 PEKOs and a BilletB in the side pockets. I can swap around as I like change batteries or juice as I like.

Truly, I just think it would be pretty frikkin cool to have a PEKO that would fit nicely in my vest pocket, a 14mm atty...a I ohm dual build..like that.

It's a pleasure, Rick. I was up to 30mm attys and quad coil when I found out how much you could do with a little atty and a squonk box. If the man will draw it I will sure do my best to build it...Best fun I've had. I'm Renar.

"Smaller is Better", said no one ever!

JK. To each their own. Variety is a good thing.

Personally an 18490 is not enough for me. My mini Reo just doesn't put out enough power and if I do lower the ohms my battery suffers. I even bought the new AW 18490 1200 Mah 18 amp batteries and their awesome but still not enough.
Here's a pic to comparison. I think the 18650 Peko are as small and compact as you can get while still keeping a regular sized battery. Everyone builds different builds though so I guess if you vaped 1.4 ohm coils your batterys would last much longer. I'd be curious as to what size bottle would fit in a 18490 Peko? A 6ml probably won't fit.. and a vapage sure as hell wont.

The Peko are definitely smaller in width, the rounded edges help a lot and I think feel much better than squared. The height difference isn't much but I guess if your worried about 3/8" then I'd understand.

My 3rd Peko in bright green was shipped from France yesterday. Its now in Philly, and that's only 3 hours from me! Tomorrow shall be a good day. After work that is... I'm anxious to see how bright green this actually is.. I got pictures via email but it looked like it had mad print lines...

I can't wait to see the green. I'm so into my plain matte black one that I almost ordered another one just like it. But I'm so inspired by all the pics in the other thread... and cerekote! Trying to figure out what's going to match with my attys. I've got a Derringer coming on Saturday that'll go on the black one (my Nup will move to my REO mini) and then the mini freak on the one I just ordered. I was thinking either a cerekote bronze-ish/earthy color or maybe the textured shimmer spray paint or cerekote graphite/grayish. Seems like a black atty would look good on either. I guess I like the more understated colors. They just go with anything.

Agreed. I just sold my grand because honestly it never felt good in my (very tiny) hand. The mini is perfect, but then it's not so good for experimenting with lower ohm builds and such. Peko 18650 totally fixes the problem. Plus, and a real big plus, NO OVERHANG with 22mm attys. I seriously have sold all my 22mms because I just can not deal with the overhang.

Hey, another NC Peko builder! Welcome to the family! Are you going to Vaper Slam? I am going on the second day with a co-worker and his friends.

To the experts: Been getting mad hot button recently, and I have had this guy apart like 5 times within the past week dealing with connectivity issues, any ideas on what could be going on? Like I took my battery out recently, and it wasn't warm, but I touch my screw and it is scalding. I had just taken 3-4 hits pretty much back to back. If yall need pics or more info, just let me know, I have been dealing with hot button for a bit, but not this bad -_-

Gotta be a loose screw somewhere. Is your atty not making a full connection on your vented screw? Is your small bolt/ nut on your solder lugs not tight? Could be a few possibilities..

If your button is getting hot, and your not super sub-ohming, you're shorting at the 510,

My guess it's at the screw top, shorting against the attie 510 negative or the 510 insert casing. BE CAREFUL.

Check that the o-ring around the 510 screw is still in a good position, and that the screw head is not touching the attie 510 negative side

Exactly what I said, great minds think alike. [emoji106]

When I had a short in my 510/atomizer base I melted the delrin. The button didn't get hot. I pulled the battery, let things cool down, fixed the atomizer base and it worked fine. The delrin is misshapen and I had to sand it down to be able to adjust the nut/screw combination but it is still going strong 2 months later. Only the delrin melted, not the button. I don't remember all the details.
