Wheel adjustable voltage dial ( like the Infinity )
Yay! I was actually going to post a thread asking if the Buzz would ever come out with the thumb wheel.

My two Buzz's have withstood an amazing amount of punishment, and survived~! Except for a dunk in my dog's water bowl.
I thought about a Provari, but decided I'd just wind up breaking it somehow. I'm so glad the one thing I wanted in a Buzz is going to eventually come out! (when completely ready)

That's how I feel. The Buzz is the best PV around and has proved itself withstanding many mishaps time and time again and all it needed was an adjusting knob. Now that it will have that plus twice the battery time it can't be touched by any PV out there. The Provari is just too much money and I've vaped by looking at the voltage setting on a display and without the display and you know what? There was no difference in taste, vapor or throat hit. Oh except for the money.
Your lucky you live pretty close to notcig. I'd be down there everyday buggin Mike if I lived down there. I'll bet he's happy I don't. BTW Welcome to notcigs military.

Welcome.
You are not alone I feel. Surprisingly, I don't adjust the voltage much, so the wheel feature won't impact me a lot. However, I'm betting I mess around more with a wheel versus using the screwdriver.

Just 1 of the reasons I chose the Buzz was it's apparent durability. You can attest to that I see. I agree with 5CS about rather having the Infinity "out and about" at social events/restaruants, etc instead of the Buzz. It just has a more "classier" look in general. Having said that....I'd whip out my BUZZ anywhere, regardless. Love this PV. Finally, having the best customer service you could ask for just makes this the wisest choice available..for many of us.

See ya around...and good luck.:thumb:

That's pretty funny Heart! I keep a coffee cup on my coffee table to hold my Buzz and Infinity when I'm couch surfing and I have come close to putting one Buzz into a cup full of tea instead of the "holder" cup

I've been pretty lucky so far. I keep my eye drops medicine by my vaping stuff and I haven't once vaped eye drops nor have I put any juice in my eye knock on wood.

That's good news 5C. I was blowing out a carto the other night and somehow I got a splatter in the face. Even tho I had my glasses on, I still got juice in my eye! Yes to the obvious question...it hurt like hell :(

One night I was reading and without thinking (obviously) used my DT to scratch my eye. My eye burned like hell and I had to rinse for 10 minutes........ Don't try this at home!!!!!!!!

Has the increased runtime on the Buzz been verified or is it just extrapolated from specs? if verified, at what voltage? Is the current one sort of a "throw it away as heat" type and the new one fully regulated? Wondering because even if fully regulated, it seems at 5+ V it wouldn't really matter? Don't know, just asking.

Wheel means nothing to me, but, say, a 50% real-world runtime increase at 5.4V on a 2.8 atty would be interesting.

I tested the times myself and as I was getting around 8hrs. on the Buzz with the new tech I was gitting 18 to 20 hrs. on it. I was using LRs, HVs and regular cartos and an atty or two and I was using it at many different voltages. Granted the LRs decrease the battery time on any battery and that's why I don't like LR but it was decreasing the time at the same rate or less than any other power system.
