My short battery is taking a long time to charge and while it is in the PCC the batterys LED light is constantly on...is the LED suppose to be one while charging? It's been like it for hours now.

if I remember correctly (I've only used mine once so far) the top light stays red when charging the pcc and turns green when fully charged and the bottom light stays on while charging the battery in the pcc and then goes out when it's charged.
That's what i thought too....
the battery light is suppose to flash like 4 times then stay off while charging, sounds like the battery to me.
oh.... I misread... sorry.... yes the light on the battery itself should only flash a few times then go out. Give the battery a good whack against your hand and see if the light goes out. I've had some that stuck on until doing that.
Tried giving it a few smacks and still the same...seems that the battery stuck on when charging...LED goes out when I take it off charge though...the shorty has been charging for like 6 hours...
Ok just tried all 3 of my shorties on both the PCC and the wall charger and the LED does stay on.
that is weird, i too just got my PCC. I just tryed my shorty and it flashed normally so i dunno lol.
Are you able to get your shorty to charge on the pcc? I have only ever been able to charge them with the wall charger. They won't build a charge on my pcc, and only end up draining the pcc.
Same problem here so far..had a shorty on for like 6 hours last night and never charged.
My shortys are proper Kanger ones, they work perfectly in my PCC.
