Problem with Halo battery

Hello, I'm posting this link on behalf of a new Halo battery user who seems to have problems with his (hers?) new Halo battery. Could someone please look at his thread and help? Thanks.

Methinks the OP should contact Halo. The battery is still under warranty. I'm sure Halo will replace it--and maybe add a small bottle of Shamrock to ease his pain.

Shamrock is good. I love all of their menthols.

yup I got the sampler n liked em all n shamrock wasnt in it so ordered it, plus Im irish so it was requisite lol
