PROBLEM with Kick2/GGTS

No news from evolv since 09/12/2013 i have send back the package and inform them by mail.
I send and second email but noone answer.
Customer service is bad.

You were on my mind Stelios but before that i choose to send a mail to Bargain vapor asking for an explanation and they answer will communicate with them to solve it.
After this mail i have an answer from Evolv "miracle" lol lol.

NEVER FORGET: WONDERS take their TIME !!! - BUT to say EVOLVE is "nonprofessional" is WRONG !!! Maybe they need some time - never forget that EVOLVE isn´t a WORLDWIDE COMPANY like - Microsoft/Apple - and they bring never the less the wonderful Kick 2 and the DNA20 to the world...

Sorry but they are... IMHO
During my first purchase they sent me a proven used Kick with a cutted security film.
After many e-mails and one month, I had a new one.

Evolve professional ? Great ? I don't think so , the kick has a reputation for failure and the DNA20 has no reverse battery protection ( making it down right dangerous )

I have no idea , from what I heard the board self destructs when fired in this configuration and pulls a ton of current . Just bad design I guess .

I wouldn't be surprised , although I think that if they forgot something like this then maybe they shouldn't be making these devices .

I don't think it is a forget thing. They have had this issue since the origional Kick. They know about it as they have replaced kicks for me that I told them the battery had been put in backwards. I don't know what there thinking is with this but IMHO it is a design flaw. Although I do love the Kick 2 and have heard many many people that love the dna 20

May i have an explanation why such a simple safety feature is missing ?

It wasn't an oversight but rather a matter of size.
We would have had to increase the dimensions to include reverse polarity protection.
