Okay, My order hasnt been shipped yet and every email besides my first one has been ignored and i dont knownwhat to do. i ordered a Hugo Squeezer and a Pulse 24 RDA and my order number is here 100094871-cn-sz. I got an email saying the vape band was out of stock so i told them to cancel it and to change the color of the tweezers but they haven’t replied back to me in several days. I cant ask for a refund on paypal cause i didnt use an account when i purchased, i just did use a debit card. If anybody can help me it would be much appreciated as VapeSourcing has been ignoring me.

Your bank should be able to help you with a charge back if you don't hear from the vendor. Usually, any bank or even CC company should be sympathetic to the situation if you have not received your order and a response. You don't need paypal to file a dispute, just contact your bank and they will assist you, I'm fairly certain.

Well the problem is i didnt use an actual dbit card i used a Visa prepaid card and im not sure if a credit card company would help with prepaid cards.
Who/where did you buy it from? Even if it was Walmart or whatever, go in with the card and explain. You may be able to get some assistance, and if there is any phone number on the card, try calling it. But I would go to where I purchased it and ask for aid. Nothing to lose, something (potentially to gain). Even if you don't have the RECIEPT if you still have the card, they may know who to put you in touch with and etc.
