Problem with Order - sent email 10 days ago - no response from TVR

Hey Fellas - just thought I'd try to reach out to you here. I ordered a few 30ML bottles a few weeks ago and one of them came in with the wrong nic level. I emailed you to see how to correct (if you wanted me to send back for replacement) but never received a response. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW - I am really really loving the 555 flavor - tastes just like Halo Tribeca but at half the cost, awesome.

...and just to clarify, this isn't a rant TVR rocks and I've ordered from them a few times, never disappointed with the service or the juice (...except maybe clove - but that was my fault for thinking I like cloves, teenage memories I guess - in all fairness, it tasted just like cloves, lol)

Please shoot me a PM with your email address and order number so I can locate your email and see what the hold up is with our customer service team. 9 times out of 10 emails are always responded to with in 48 hours of receiving them.
