Rather than edit for a general post, I thought I'd just repost what I had previously written, in a previous thread, save myself a bit of additional effort, plus I think even when directed at a particular individual, it might be speaking to a few who have simply opted to not say anything. For your consideration:

"We never started this business under the misapprehension that we were going to be successful in pleasing everybody. And over the past year as we have grown from a client base of a few hundred to over 6,000, we knew that the number of complaints would naturally increase as well. However, the number of satisfied customers still astronomically outweighs the number of dissatisfied customers.

When we review whether a flavor should be discontinued or changed, we take into account the number of complaints against a liquid to the amount who are satisfied with the recipe. Because if we get one unhappy customer complaining about a liquid and change the recipe, we now have a LARGE amount of people complaining about whether we have changed a recipe, things tasting different, etc.

When I began this business, the clientele was small and I was VERY easily able to handle all of the e-mails, have people call me on my cell phone and give a very personal hands-on approach to everybody and everything. As we have grown, I am STILL one person and have to run a growing company, I don't have the kind of time to address all of the e-mails and phone calls myself. While I can answer about 50 e-mails a day and DO SO, I cannot answer and address 200 e-mails a day. So, I have 6 people who are readily available on the (888) number as well as on Live Help, and a mixteam@tastyvapor.us address so that noone has to fall through the cracks. But some people are unwilling to listen or pay attention. They care more about their wants and needs rather than paying attention to the way that we can best address those needs.

I am indeed a very direct and to the point person, but I am not rude or abrupt by default unless I am approached that way. Nobody here is a corporate robot. We are all very human, run a humanistic company and have a humanitarian approach to what we do. None of us believe the best way to get things done is by adopting a corporate drone persona and sit by to readily accept verbal abuse from customers. We're happy to help if you talk to us.

As liquid is concerned. We produce liquids. We do not produce flavorings. It has been our experience that NO MATTER where we get our flavorings from, be that Capella's, Perfumer's Apprentice, Loranns, etc., the flavorings have been inconsistent. There is also no way for us to tell when they are going to be inconsistent. At times the flavorings can be spot on, and sometimes, the color is different, sometimes the flavor is different. Any DIY company that purchases bulk flavorings can confirm this too. But we do the best we can despite inconsistencies. As such, we in most cases go by smell. We know how things are supposed to smell. If something is clearly not right, we dump it out and start over.

It has also been our experience, that the FIRST INCLINATION of our customers is to assume that the liquid isn't right. The considerations are hardly ever:

"Is my atomizer bad?"
"are my tastebuds off?"
"have I let this liquid age?"
"have I stored this properly?"
"have I shaken this before I tried using it?"
"have I chosen a flavor that I wasn't sure about?"
"have I made an assumption about how I thought this flavor would taste and was wrong?"

Generally, we have to prompt people with these questions, because as I've said, the first inclination is that there is always a problem with our liquids. If 95 percent of our customers don't have a problem with it, we don't think we should upset them and go changing things.

I'm not going to go all out and delete this thread. People are entitled to their opinions and while I haven't had much time to be on the forum lately (again, I have a company to run) and am trying to make the effort. My lack of response wasn't born of ignorance or spite, it's a matter of lack of time and no lack of workload.

If someone has fallen through the cracks, I do apologize, it wasn't any direct intention of letting you do so, but we provide several means of getting in contact with our staff so that you don't have to. 6,000+ people relying solely on me to handle all of their woes....That isn't even realistic.

And it's a possibility we may have to take steps in lightening our workload so we can be more hands-on, but this would entail less specials, less miscellaneous items, etc. Realistically, that would accomplish things to a degree, but I think that even a larger degree of people would be upset as there are things that they have come to enjoy about what we do.

I'm not a bad person, and I haven't hired any bad people to work for me. I sincerely love every person that works here and we love each other, love what we do and take a great deal of pride in what we do. We're out to help people stop killing themselves and increasing their risk of cancer. And it's working, and we love that we have something to do with that. Pleasing everyone along the way is an impossibility. And a customer falling through the cracks on occasion is the tale of every single company on this planet. If some find this an unforgivable offense, we'll just have to accept that."

Your a real stand-up guy, and I've never had anything but good dealings with you and your team.

Sometimes flavors are off, but thats the breaks in this kind of world. I really appreciate your business ethics and how you operate and approach your clients.

Good luck out there! Working in Tech Support/Customer Service I know how thankless it can get. Thanks for a great product, a heat filled one, and a clear effort.

I've been popping atomisers like crazy lately, cant keep them on hand. I have some cartomisers that I hope will hold me over till I get some from health cabin. I've only been using TV e-liquid w/sweetner for some time now.

After realizing my dillema I soaked the 2nd to last atty I have left at the moment. Using vinegar, since I couldn't find any alcohol in the house. It took quite a few dips before a stream flowed out of the bottom.
The last atty I had I opened before cleaning the first, I used until mid afternoon today, around 6 hours. I cleaned it and the same thing, it seemed to be clogged like the first.
Hopefully this will work to keep some attys in the house. Last week I was losing one every 1 to 2 days, and burned through 5 new atomisers for sure.

Normally a new atty is good for a month with no problem and I never cleaned them. FYI, Up until now I've purchased all of my atomisers through cignot.

I have to ask if this problem could be related to my Tasty Vapor e-liquid?

I have been using tastyvapor liquid from the start of my vaping experience and I have a good amount of flavors dark light heavy liquids I use cartos. I have not yet found a flavor that has ruined an atty or carto! I have both an ego and a saber touch 5 volt mod. I get about 12 to 15 refills with TV juice. The only juice I've heard any complaints with attys is tobacco. Whether it's true or not I can't say I stay away from tobacco flavors. Where are you getting your attys from and what type of battery are you using? Because I've never ran into that issue! Other than LR attys going out but thats their nature.

I am using TV tobacco menthol w/sweetner 10%vg 24 mg, TV AC, both very good. I have used other flavors too all good, but those are my favorites.
I'm getting my equipment with the same sources. There could be a connection there possibly, but my atties have always held up before. My battery has not been a problem, I cant imagine it being the problem.
I only use TV juice, so I chose it to be the best for me, and dont want to change.

There is no "normal" for an atty. This has been my experience exactly:

One last for a month.
One lasts for a week.
One lasts for two weeks.
One is DOA.

One draws too little.
One draws too much.
One has no draw at all.
One produces very little vapor.

And then there is the one that just performs fantastic.

There is no normal with attys. You get what you get in a market where millions of these units are being dumped on the highest market for the stuff, which at present, is the U.S.

Atty Problems is why I started using Cartomizers....So much easier and they are suppost to be disposable after awhile.

Tasty Vapor has been one of my favorite suppliers of juice since November when I first tried the Atomic Cinnicide. Then the TastyFinger got ahold of me and hasnt let go. Not to mention the peppermint that I always have on hand. Then there's that Blend that you have......

Another one just popped, crazy. Yes it could be the atomisers. I have 5 coming in from healthcabin, and 5 from madvapes. I will have to see if the attys continue to pop in a few hours, once either of them arrives. In the mean time I have to hope that will be soon.

Healthcabin is a Chinese company right?? I order from madvapes but I don't get atomizers from them. So I don't know where madvapes attys come from. Are they joye products?

HC are chinese, I think, at least that is where they are coming from.

MV are stated to be SLB.

I know I don't want to reload a new atomizer every day. I've been using Joye with good success up until now, and that seems odd. Thats why I've brought this whole thing up. Suddenly my atomizer bin is so very close to empty. I've ordered close to $100 in new atomizers to replace what I've gone through in a pretty short time.

I've got 6/30 ml bottles of TV, all full that I definatley intend to use. I do hope that this isnt a problem with the e-liquid.

I'm only saying some things gone wrong, and it's costing me. I don't know what yet, time will tell.

I always liked Health Cabins atties. They are the original Joye. I have never had any luck with the SLB.

ok the reason i ask is I had an adapter shorting out attys at one time and went through about 20 of them before I found the problem.

Sounds like you have a short problem or something. You shouldnt be blowing attys like that and it isnt the juice , I can assure you of that. It is something else. I would check the atty connection the best you can to see if it isnt shorting.

actually I noticed that most times the atty was dead after i moved it in any way, the insulator in the adapter had slipped off its little ring because of juice getting down into the adapter, I took out the center pin connector of the adapter and say that the rubber ring that separates the inner pin from the outer pin were touching each other shorting the atty and popping it. I just repositioned the little insulator to where it is suppose to be and had no more dead attys.
