problems with firefly...

today my firefly was acting weird and will not fire. the battery has been fully charged and still acting the same. it seems that i cant use anything but a 3.0 ohm carto on it? it cycles through the lights twice when i try, kind of like when you plug it in to charge but it does it twice. am i hitting some kind of safety feature? i tired this with 1.5 DC, 2.0 single, and even a 2.6 808 carto with an adapter. the only 3.0 i had was an 808 also and it seems to work. i tired the same cartos on one i gave to a friend and they all worked on his.
anyone know whats going on? thanks

Looks like you may have gotten a defective unit. No problems with my Firefly thus far and I have had it for two weeks.

it was fine for couple weeks... then it seemed to stop working with lower resistance cartos. like it was declining, at first i couldnt use DC, then 1.5, then 2, now it sometimes wont work with 3.0. i sent a couple emails but still waiting for a response

I quit using DC cartos my Riva/eGo type batteries after they killed 2 Riva's and blew the switch on my BF 3.7 box mod. The box mod was even equipped with a heavy duty switch. My batteries are lasting a lot longer, and I'm no longer getting strange blinking since I stopped using them. YMMV.

And I'm not sure, but maybe LF attended the Vape Bash in Chicago last weekend and perhaps they're running behind?

I know they also moved. One of my batts did the same thing and I was just using the atty that came with it. Just went dead. They just replaced it. The other one is fine. Its a great pv, I guess there will aways be a bad apple in the bunch.
