Hi all.

i am a Noob and I have this problem:

the mod always show LO-v indicator , i try with 1 18350, 2 18350 ( stacked) and with 1 18650 but nothing.

i try with diferents claro, atos and show me ok the ohms ( 2.4 ohms with CE6), but dont fire and display Lo-v , all batteryes are full charged 4.2V

if i dont connect atos, the mod show 9.99 ohms this is OK.
some one can help me?

excuse my bad English.

thanks.

So...your juice attachment reads out with a 2.4 ohm resistance, correct?

What voltage or wattage setting is your Vamo on? Have you tried lowering the voltage/wattage to fire the clearo?

Was your Vamo working ok before, or is it brand new?

I suggest cleaning the top center pin connector and the inner positive battery contact with some isopropyl alcohol (highest % you can find if you have to buy some).

hi.
thank u for the answer.

the vamo worked fine for 2 days, and i stacked 2 batteryes 18350 and works for 1 day more.
The mod read correctly the ohms of resistance.
i try with any voltages and wattages, 3v / 3W to 6v/15W , and nothing. changing from N01 to N02 but nothing again.

is the same problem show in this video Vamo problem - YouTube

i think may be PCB is into short circuit.

thank u

If the silicon ring under the 510 connector has been pushed/ squeezed down you'll get a short. Also there's a "screw type" connection under the cap which has been an issue- if wire is loose causes very high resistance. Very hard to remove cap without damaging it. I would contact the Vendor.

Once you've stacked, you can't go back. Just kidding - you can, but you have to RESET the device.
It won't work right until you do.
I forget how - but I'll go look for it...

I've never had this issue. Removing the batteries is about as reset as it gets. It detects on power up.

Lv is low battery or poor connection between battery and head. As stated above a loose connection can cause this.
Were you Stacking 2 Button Top batteries? This could have caused the issue/damage.

1x -18650 approx. length 65mm
2x -18350 approx. length 70mm
+ button tops 1mm each 72mm total length

Look up inside. You will see the center(positive contact) it should NOT be bent or touching the side support bars. It should also be slightly lower than the bars.

It is likely that contact was pressed upward and damaged the main board.

Your English is fine and appreciated. Hope things work out, but it sounds as if a chip may have blown. Assuming no over tightening and Flat top 18350's it may just be an unlucky failure.
If this is not to old, I would contact the Vender and advise them of the failure to output and Low V warning.
No need to discuss Stacking and have them reject your claim when the Manufacturer list it as a normal usage in all Versions.

VAMO is DESIGNED to down convert power to useable levels.

EDIT/UPDATE - Seems some of the Vamo clones are NOT Stack compatible and only run 1x18650 or 1x18350. individual identification is required. Running out of spec can/will cause damage/failure.

thank you very much for your advice ( to every one of you guys), I have the mod just 1 week ago and i 'll contac the vendor.

anyway I was happy because I'm almost three months without a analogue cigarette jeje, and this mod was great , too big clouds of vapor with my new genesis ato ( MINI DID GRIFFIN CLONE), and now i back to a #$%# ego battery with CE6.

Although I've owned the V2 for 9 months and the V3 for 3 months I no longer recommend it as quality seems to be hit and miss. Much better quality/ more reliable VV/ VW PVs available for a few more $$.
