So you have a dead short. Is one of the wires touching the outer rim or the center post? Is the coil itself making contact with something?
Or, depending on what you are using to measure with, you don't have something tight enough, grub screws tight? Or a broken coil?
What does the meter read with nothing on it? Lets start there I guess.

Can I get help. It's reading 0.00 ohms

I agree with sawlight, you have a short.

What rda is it and what mod are you using? Does the rda work on another mod, or has it been working fine on this one for a while? The more information you give us the easier it will be for us to help you out.

If you have a ohms checker or a multimeter what resistance does that show for the rda? Is it the same with the top cap on as with it off?

Until you figure out what the problem is, I suggest you don't keep trying to fire the rda on the mod. You really need to fix the issue to best avoid safety issues.

It may not be a short. There may be a problem with the current getting from the 510 PIN to the coil.

I was at a vape shop and a Friend there was rocking the Lemo Drop and i considered getting one so my Friend threw a coil on the Lemo Drop. We tinkered around and put it on a total of 8 mods and NO matter what ww did there was 0 current getting to the coil

What RDA are you using, and on what mod? You say it reads 0.00 ohms, so I'm guessing you have a regulated mod of some type, and it is this that's reading 0. Most mods like that will say "no atomizer" or "check atomizer" when you try to fire it if it isn't making contact at all, but not all of them. They may read 0 at rest, when you aren't hitting the fire button.

One of three things is wrong: the topper isn't making contact with the mod; you have a dead short at the coil; or the mod is bricked. Do you have an ohmmeter? (IMHO, nobody should be building coils without an ohmmeter, but others disagree.) If so, check it on that. If it still reads 0.00, the topper is shorted. Take off the top cap. If that fixes it, your coil is touching the cap and shorting. If not, the coil itself is shorted between the posts. If it reads 0 on the mod, but has acceptable resistance in the ohmmeter, it isn't making contact, or the mod is fried. If the mod works with a different topper, it isn't fried.

It would probably help if you could post some pics.

Keng.pin's mod is reading 0.0 ohms which generally indicates a short. If there was an open circuit it wouldn't read ohms, it wouldn't know there was anything connected which on most mods would show something like 'no atomizer'.

We really need more info from Keng.pin before anyone can do much to help.

It's an actual coil and you aren't just clamping a piece of straight titanium wire?

I think the others comments have all the possibilities covered already.

But got to say that I'm curious to the 0 ohm instead of no atomizer thing (or short). I know that my mod indicates "short" or no atomizer depending on the problem.
