Yes. I have had problems with insomnia on and off all my adult life. It comes and goes, and generally I have more trouble getting to sleep in the winter.

Since beginning vaping, I have had trouble getting to sleep. I'm just not tired at night, but then again, I ALWAYS have this problem in the winter months, and I started vaping in October, so vaping may or may not be a factor.

However, nicotine IS a stimulant, so I guess vaping in the evening is probably a little like having a cup of coffee after dinner...

I usually switch to 0nic at about 5pm, same as for caffeine otherwise my insomnia kicks in. This good intention however goes straight out of the window when testing new mixes in the evenings

+1 here. Vaping at the nic level that you smoked will give a similar effect as smoking right before going to bed, in my experience my first night. The next night I remembered I'd intentionally ordered a 0% juice anticipating that. It helped.

i would say it s one of few symptoms you can have when you leave analogs ...also gumbleeding is very common, normal and not a reason to panic

i stoped analog within 3 days after 25 years of analogs ...around 30-35 a day

to stop analogs i had E-liquid 16 mg menthol and it was enough ...very fast i gone down to 12 still menthol as it gives a hit and freshness, it s for me the best for a good start !!
then i gone DIY liquids on more sweet aromas with 5% of wodka and 60PG 40 VG base @ 12mg

all this to tell that yes if You are @ more than 12 i would recommand to go down on nic and if You miss hit ..try to go menthol :D
