Gotta say though, I'm pretty surprised at the tolerance of the vaping community. -self included. I've owned a couple of business's and I wish my customers were so understanding.. Sadly, I feel a little dissed though. Not only did none of the altsmoke crew comment on my post, they never responded to the email I sent after I placed my order. I was actually trying too add to it. Is this not a biz that would thrive on repeat customers? Am I venting? Is there nothing on TV? Am I out of beer?
I agree, this is the first issue that we've really ran into...glad to see the customers not beating down my door to slit my throat because of it.
Now keep in mind, when you say Crew you mean Me =P I work a 40-60 hour job on top of keeping up with everyone else, which means I typically get up at 6am and goto bed at about 2am. It helps to be a workaholic, plus the ability to have magic powers does help from time to time. Ya Packages wrap themselves while items fly into bags and tape themselves!, it's pretty cool!
If I don't respond right away (or it's been 1-2 days) send it back, sometimes my email has hiccups as I'm at one of three places where I check them. It may have been possible that it got stuck in limbo ;P
I did add a ticketing system on the website for 'issues', but that will be a bit more apparent in the future here after the website gets a face lift (for the last time, maybe?) or just PM me here
